但是,考虑到三副毕竟在船上的工作时间不会很长,经验也不会很多,所以考官对三副的问题一般不会很复杂,主要是集中在职位范围内的一些问题,如救生、消防设备的维护和保管、吃水的测量、应急反应、值班时应注意的问题等等。
也可能会问及《国际安全管理规则》(ISM)以及《公司安全管理体系》方面的知识和问题。
有些公司的三副可能还要承担一些二副的工作职责,所以,三副也应该参考一下二副的问题。
