Iftheemployee’semploymentwiththeemployerterminatesforanyreason,theEmployeewillnotoperateanIT(typeofbusiness)businessinShanghai(geographicalarea)foraperiodof3years(timeperiod)fromthedateofterminationoftheEmployee’semploymentandtheemployeewillnothelpanyotherpersontooperateanIT(typeofbusiness)businessinShanghai(geographicalarea)foraperiodof3years(timeperiod)fromthedateofterminationoftheEmployee’semployment.
3.That,ontheterminationoftheEmployee’semploymentwiththeEmployerforanyreason,theEmployeewillnotsolicitanycustomeroftheEmployerthatwasacustomeroftheEmployerduringthecourseoftheemloyee’semploymentwiththeEmployer,whetherornotstillacustomeroftheEmployerandwhetherornotknowledgeofthecustomerisconsideredconfidentialinformation,orinanywayaidandassistanyotherpersontosolicitanysuchcustomerforaperiodof(timeperiod)fromthedateofterminationoftheEmployee’semployment
Whentheemployeeworksfortheemployer,he/shemayhavesomecustomers.Aftertheemployee’semploymentterminates,thosecustomermaybestillthecustomersoftheemployersortheymaybenotthecustomersoftheemployersatthattime.Theemployeewillnotsolicitthosecustomersforaperiodof(timeperiod)fromthedateofterminationoftheemployee’semployment..Theemployeewillnothelpanyotherpersontosolicitthosecustomersforaperiodof(timeperiod)fromthedateofterminationoftheemployee’semployment.
Ifanypartofthesepromisesisvoidforanyreason,theundersignedacceptsthatitmybeseveredwithoutaffectingthevalidityorenforceabilityofthebalanceofthepromises
