高考英语语法专题--强调句
强调是一种修辞效果,为了对一定语境中的部分信息内容进行突出强调而采用的一种手段。
强调的方式有很多种,但英语中强调句的基本结构是:
“Itis/was+被强调部分+that(who)+其余部分”
一、Itis(was)+被强调部分+that(who)+其余部分。
1.此强调句可以强调主语,宾语,表语,同位语,状语等。
It,that本身没有词义,只起引导作用。
典例:
IsawKateintheparklastweek.(原句)
Itwas_I__that/whosawKateintheparklastweek(强调主语)
Itwas___that/who/whomIsawintheparklastweek.(强调宾语)
Itwas_______thatIsawKatelastweek.(强调地点状语)
Itwas________thatIsawKateinthepark.(强调时间状语)
2.在强调句中,如果叙述的是现在和将来的事情,be动词用is;如果叙述的是过去的事情be动词用was

3.当被强调部分指人时,可以用that连接,也可用who/whom连接;指物时,只用that连接。

4.强调时间、地点状语时,只用that,不用when,where.

5.若被强调的部分是句子的主语时,那么that/who之后的谓语动词和被强调的主语保持一致。

6.强调句的一般疑问句为“Is(was)it+强调部分+that…?
强调句的特殊疑问句为:
“特殊疑问词+is(was)it+that+陈述句语序?
”结构。

7.与否定词not连用的until短语或从句在被强调时应注意否定转移。
其结构为“Itis/wasnotuntil…that…”

2)Hedidn'trealizehismistakesuntilhegraduatedfromhighschool.

8.定语从句和强调句型容易混淆,如果去掉itis/was,that句子仍然通顺成立,则为强调句型,不成立不通顺,则为从句。
比较训练:

Itwassixo’clockwhenhegothome.
二、其他强调形式
1.Itbe…that..句型不能强调谓语部分,若要强调谓语,则须在谓语动词原形前面加上助动词do,did,does.
Ireallylikeyou,andIdohopeeveryonehasapromisingfuture.
2.用副词really,still,even强调。
Itwashotyesterday,butitisevenhottertoday.
3.用重复一个词来达到强调效果。
Hetoldusanoldstoryoverandoveragain.
4.用倒装表示强调。
Onlyinthiswaycanhesolvetheproblem.
5.一些短语onearth,atall,intheworld等含有强调意味的。
