目的
确保在台风/热带风暴期间酒店员工及宾客的人身、财产安全;确保酒店的财产损失减少到最低程度;确保酒店的经营管理运行顺畅。

适用范围
Thisstandardspecifiesthe duties, antityphoon workrequirements, recordandreport, check.
本标准规定了防台风的职责、工作要求、记录与报告、检查。
Thisstandardisapplicabletothe hotelonthe tropicalcyclone (includingtropicalstorm) eachworking
arrangement, onthetropical lowpressure onlyasageneralstormfor preventive work.
本标准适用于酒店对热带风暴以上(包括热带风暴)的各项工作安排,对热带低压只作为一般的暴风雨进行相应的预防工作。
C, atyphoon / tropicalstorm duties
预防台风/热带风暴职责
1, bythehotel generalmanagerisresponsibleforthe hotel inthetyphoon / tropicalstorm duringthe prehensivetrafficcontrol departmentsofthehotel, theexerciseof prevention, rescuework organization, coordinationfunction.
由酒店总经理负责酒店在台风/热带风暴期间对酒店各部门的全面调度工作,行使预防、抢险工作的组织、协调职能。
2, generalmanager responsibleforthe typhoon duringthework arrangement, andsupervisetheimplementationof antityphoon planin detail;
总经办全面负责台风期间各项工作布置,并督促落实防台风方案中的细节要求;
3, thedepartmentsresponsiblefor the departmentsof typhoon preparations. Andinthe generalmanager undertheleadershipof the Department, thejurisdictionofthepreventionand rescuework.
各部门负责做好本部门防台风的前期准备工作。
并在总经办的领导下,做好本部门管辖范围的预防工作及抢险工作。
4,Typhoon "instruction, allthestaff duringthe4 typhoon tostrictlyenforcethemanagementof", be"unifiedaction, unifiedmand", and keepintouch withtheoffice, foundtheproblem, danger andall losses immediatelyreport.
全体员工防台风期间要严格执行总经办的“防台风”指令,做到“统一行动,统一指挥”,并随时与总经办保持联系,将发现的问题、险情及所有损失情况立即报告。

各部门负责人要积极安排好预防工作,在台风来临前将所管辖区域的物品、设施采取有效的防护措施,并督促员工在台风期间提高警惕和加强安全意识,既要保护酒店财产安全又要注意自身生命安全,尤其是抢险人员在工作中应特别注意安全,加强抢修时的安全防范意识与措施。

保安部、工程部是本酒店抢险突击队,在总经办的直接领导下,应付突发事件,实施抢险救灾。

工作要求
每年预防台风的时间,根据当地气象局统计,从每年6月10日起至10月30日止。
区防汛办值班电话:

5722244。
省气象局(电话:
65335534)保持联系,及时对台风、雷雨动向报告给防台风领导小组。
Beforethetyphoon, material preparation:
台风前的物资准备工作:
1, thesecuritydepartment inthetyphoon season windproof materials needtobeprepared beforethe appropriate foremergency temporaryuse. Each departmentaccordingtothe prevention oftheDepartment to putforwardthecorrespondingprevention materials topreparethereport, andbythe securitydepartmentsummary, accordingtotheactualsituationof thepurchaseof wovenbagscorresponding (sandfilled with), sealingglue, raincoat, rainboots, helmet,emergencylamp / flashlight, hoe, shovelandother protectiveequipment, do bepreparedagainstwant.
保安部在台风季节来临前需准备适量的防风物资以备紧急临时使用。
各部门根据本部门的预防需要提出相应的预防物资准备报告,并交由保安部汇总后,根据实际情况购置相应的编织袋(装沙用)、封口胶、雨衣、雨靴、安全帽、应急灯/手电、锄头、铲等防护用品,做到有备无患。

防台风物资,平时由保安部保管,需用时由各部门登记领用,用后退还保安部。

通讯联络:
1, toensurethat thetyphoon liaison andmunication, thehotel eachdepartmentsupervisor levelandabove managementpersonnel mustmaintain24hours open mobilephone. Theoperator isresponsiblefor 24hoursnon-stoplisteningto radio, television storm signal, andpromptlynotifythe departments.
为确保台风时联络及沟通,酒店各部门主管级以上管理人员需保持24小时打开手机。
总机负责24小时不停监听电台,电视台的风暴讯号,并及时通知各部门。

接到热带风暴信号时,总经办将召集各部门负责人开会,发布通知,布置防范工作,并对酒店各部门责任区进行检查,发现问题及时协调处理。

当接到热带风暴信号时,无论是正常经营还是节假日休息期间,总经办将召集酒店管理人员赶赴酒店进行检查,落实防台风工作,布置现场应急措施,组织抢险应急队伍,并安排有关人员值班。

总值及各部门留守人员、抢险突击队员应坚守岗位,保持通讯联络畅通,发现异常情况应及时汇报并立即组织抢险。

各部门防风具体工作安排及注意事项
engineeringdepartment:
工程部:
1, theengineeringdepartmentin thetyphoonseasoneveryyear (6-10)before, to arrange, electricalsystem, lightningprotectionsystem ofthehotel thewholearea isfully detailed inspection, eliminatehiddendangers.
工程部在每年台风季节(6—10月份)来临之前,要、安排对酒店整个区域的电气系统、避雷系统进行充分细致的检查,消除隐患。
2, beforethetyphoones to some anti risk materialspreparation, suchas:

在台风来临前做好部分抗险物资的准备,如:
木板、木条、围网、铁丝、工具等。

成立工程维修小组,对区域内所有电器设备进行一次安全检查,保证完好备用。

工程部所有员工在台风期间一律停休,负责本酒店范围所有通讯、供电设施、设备的完好。
保障酒店电脑机房设备免遭损坏,配合电脑机房的工作人员做好台风期间的安全防范工作。
5, beforethe typhoones with oil, makesure to power morethan48hours.
在台风来临前备足油料,确保能自行发电48小时以上。
6, thewateroflife livingarea, thefrontofthehotel with thedormitory atyphoonising. Do bepreparedagainstwant.
在台风来临前备足宿舍生活区、酒店的生活用水。
做到有备无患。
7, suchas awatershortagepower-off appeared duringthetyphoon, andimmediatelyputto repair thewatersupply inbattle; inthemaintenance,troubleshooting, maintenance of allregional mobile equipmentandmaterials, tools,equipmentandother reinforcement, preventwindblew, broken or werewasheadway.
如台风期间出现缺水断电的情况,立即投入到抢修供水供电的战斗中;在检修、排除故障时,对检修区域内所有可移动的设备材料、工具、器械等进行加固,防止被风刮倒、摔坏或被雨水冲走。

根据台风等级,提前对外围照明设备、垃圾筒、树等进行加固或暂时拆除。

前台/总机随时注意获取台风的最新动向,并向抗风领导小组及时汇报。
2, thereceptionist intimeforthegueststo answer intermsof typhoon, andproviderelevant information.
前台接待及时为客人解答析疑,并提供有关台风信息通报。
3, the early ready monlyuseddrugs and medical firstaidsupplies, ready foruse.
前台提前准备好医疗常用药品和急救必需品,随时待用。
4, theteam arrangesthevehiclesto park inthe parkinglot, topreventthevehiclehasbeenfallingfromaheight. Thedriver shouldbe onstandbyatanytime, andensurethatthe rescue vehicle. Otherdepartments for vehiclesinthe wind bythegeneral unifieddeployment.
车队安排车辆统一停放在停车库,防止车辆被高空坠落物砸坏。
司机需随时待命,并保证抢险用车。
其他部门自用车辆在抗风时由总经办统一调配。
5, carefullycheckthe hotel area, clean area, balcony ground clutter. Toensure smooth drainagesystem inallguestrooms andpublicareas.
Allthe room doorsandwindows closed. Waterproofing of easy water room.
认真检查酒店各区域,清理区域内地面、阳台杂物。
保证所有客房及公共区域的排水系统通畅。
关闭好所有客房门窗。
对容易进水的客房进行防水处理。
6, roomservice center will dailyinformationbulletin (weather, flight), summary,unifiedto theguest.
客房服务中心将每日信息通报(天气、航班)等情况汇总后,统一向住客派送。
7, room PAexamination ofvarioustypesof waterabsorptionmachine beforethetyphoones, thenormalusetoensurethat duringthetyphoonperiod.
客房PA在台风来临之前检查各类型吸水机,确保在台风期间能正常使用。
