二、课程性质与教学目标
Plantphysiologyisascienceaboutthefundamentallawofplantlifeactivity.BasedonMathematics,Physics,Chemistry,Biochemistry,Botany,itisafoundationcourseandstemcourseofbioscienceandgeneralizedagriculturedisciplines,whichprovidesthetheoreticalbaseofimprovingplanthighqualityandhighyield,andstraightforwardtargetofstudyingplantgenefunctionandexpressionregulationandgenetransfer.
植物生理学是研究植物生命活动基本规律的科学。
它以数理化、生物化学、植物学等课程为基础,又是生物科学和大农类各专业的专业基础课和主干课,为植物优质高产提供理论依据;为植物基因功能及表达调节和转基因等研究提供明确的生理目标。
Theobjectivesofthecoursearetohavestudentsknowmechanismofplantmainmetabolismactivity,masterbasictheoryofsubstanceexchangeandenergytransferbetweenplantandenvironment,thephysiologicalfoundationofplantmorphogenesis,growthanddevelopment,andhaveagoodgripontheeffectofenvironmenttoplantlifeactivityandtheresistanceofplanttoadversity,knowthemeasuremethodofmainplantphysiologicalindexesandthefundamentaltechnologyandtheoryofplantanalysis,graspplantphysiologicaltermofEnglishversion,andareproficientinreadingplantphysiologytextbookandreferencesofEnglishversion.
本课程的教学目的是要求学生了解植物体内主要代谢活动机理,掌握植物与环境进行物质和能量交换的基本原理,植物形态建成的生理基础以植物生长发育的基本规律。
深刻了解环境对植物生命活动的影响和植物对逆境的抗性,了解一些主要植物生理指标的测定方法和进行植物分析的基本技术和原理;要求掌握植物生理英文术语,能较熟练阅读植物生理学英文教材和文献。
Thecoursewillbetaughtbilinguallyandstrivetocarryouttheprincipleoftheoryassociationwithpracticeanddoctrineoffewnessbutextract,cultivatestudents’abilityofself-learning,discussing,researchingandsolvingplantphysiologyrelatedproblems.
本课程作为林学类的必修课,采用多媒体全英文教学,努力贯彻理论联系实际和少而精的原则,培养学生自学和讨论问题、研究和解决植物生理相关问题的能力。
