Anotherpointconcernstherapidriseingraduatenumbersthathastakenplaceinrecentyears.Insomecountriesthisincreasehasoccurredatagreaterratethantheeconomy’sabilitytogeneratenewemploymentandundersuchconditionsit’snotunusualtofind500graduatesapplyingforoneposition.Facedwithhavingtochoosebetweentheseapplicantsanemployerwillprobablylookforqualitiesotherthanbasictechnicalcompetenceandtherightqualifications.Theseotherqualitiesmightinclude
