Atthebeginning,noonewouldhelpTrevordevelophisideaforanewkindofradio.Finally,in1994,hisinventionwasshownontheTVprogramme,andafterwards,aSouthAfricanbusinessmanwatcheditanddecidedtohelphim.ThefirstFreeplayradioswerebuiltinSouthAfricain1995.Sincethen,theradioshavebeenagreatsuccess.AndthenTrevorhasbecomefamous.Hehasbeengivenmanyawards(奖品),includingonefromNelsonMandela.
