Abstract:
Basedonthecurrentemploymentofuniversitystudentsisdifficultandthebusinessrequirementsofthequalityofgraduates,pointsoutthatcollegestudentsnowlackofoccupationcareerplanning,therearemanyproblemsincollegestudentoccupationcareerplanning,discussedtheimportantroleofoccupationcareerplanningincollegestudents'lifedevelopment,andputsforwardthemeasuresofhowtocarryouttheoccupationcareerplanningforcollegestudents.

Inrecentyears,withthechangeofourcollegeeducationfrom"eliteeducation"to"masseducation",thesituationofcollegestudentsisundergoingasubtlechange.Inthepastthekindof"God'sfavoredone"calmandasenseofsuperiority,isgraduallyreplacedbythesevereemploymentpressureandanxietyaboutreality.Thestatehasnolonger"unifiedpackage"forgraduates,andthesituationhasbecomedifficultforcollegegraduatesaftertheirgraduation.Thismaybeanimprovementinthedevelopmentofsocietyasawhole,butitisnodoubtachallengeforthenewgenerationofCollegestudents.Fromtheemploymentmarketinformationshowsthattheemploymentofcollegestudentsisincreasing,thereason,apartfrommacroeconomicandcorporaterestructuringandothermajorenvironmentalfactors,moreimportantisthequalityofcollegegraduatesandthedevelopmentofthemarketeconomydoesnotmatch,donotmatch.Intheexistingjobmarket,complex,innovative,experiencedandskilledtalentsaremorepopular.Buttobecomethesetypesoftalents,wemusthavegoodcomprehensivequality.
Howtofacethecomingintotherealityofsociety,howunderthepressureofcompetitionandself-taughtsuccess,thisisacommontaskforeverystudentsarefacing.Ontheonehand,fromtheperspectiveofstudentsshouldtakeseriously,ontheotherhand,colleges,shouldconsiderhowtostrengthentheworkofthedevelopmentofoccupationeducationforstudentsinthenewsituation,toguidestudentstoestablishacorrectlifegoals,makestudentshavecorrectoccupationplanningconsciousnessandconcept,enhancetheoverallquality.Sothatstudentscanfindthepositioninthefiercecompetition,andfindasuitablefortheirowndevelopmentwork.
I.problemsexistingincareerplanningforCollegeStudents
Studentsintheoccupationcareerplanningprocess,fromselfcognition,environmentevaluation,occupationorientation,planexecutionandevaluationfeedbackhaveexposedsomeproblems,especiallythelackofawarenessofobjective,planningandimplementationofsomereality,withidealistictendencies,specificallyinthefollowingareas:
(1)lackofsystematiccareerplanningbeforeenteringtheUniversity
Accordingtotheexperienceofdevelopedcountries,thesystembornebytheschoolcareercounselingandoccupationeducationfromkindergartentouniversity,inbeforehasexperiencedcareercognition,careerpreparation,careerexploration,careerorientedstage.Ingeneral,afterthestageofprogressiveeducationguidancebeforeenteringuniversity,youngpeoplealreadyknowwhatIwanttobewhatkindofpersontodowhatkindofoccupation,inordertoachievethisgoalneedtoarrangetheirlearninglife.BecauseofChina'straditionaleducationsystem,setinbeforeevenenteringcollegecareerplanningandcounselingcontent,afterenteringtheUniversity,collegestudentoccupationcareerguidancebecomesaworkfromscratchinasense.
(two)the"elite"hasastrongsenseoftalent,andselfevaluationandcareerdevelopmentareexpectedtobetoohigh.
ThedifficultyofCollegeStudents'employmentis,toagreatextent,duetotheirhighexpectations,theirinaccurateorientationandtheidealoutoftouchwithreality.Somestudentsthinkthatreadingtheuniversitywillbehooveascadreshouldhavefixedjob,alucrative,one-sidedviewthatinabigcity,bigunitsinordertoreflectthevalueofyourlife,inordertoachievetheiridealandambition,thepursuitofmaterialbenefitsandgeographicalconditions.Accordingtoasurvey,90%ofthestudentssaidtheywouldbethesupervisorintwoyears,5yearslaterbecametheDepartmentDirector;75%studentssaid,beforetheageof35,tobecomeaprofessionalmanagerof50-100yuanperyear.Heavystatus,fameandwealth,
Lightbusiness,lightdedication,lackofhardstrugglespiritandastrongsenseofresponsibility.Inordertoobtainsuccessfulemployment,collegestudentsmustdiscardthe"elite"consciousness,changethetraditionalconceptof"goinguptothetop",lowertheirpositionsandentersocietywithalowprofile,soastofindopportunitiesfordevelopmentinordinaryjobs.
(three)feweropportunitiesforsocialpractice,lackofperceptualknowledgeofoccupation.
Accordingtothesurvey,thestudentsunderstandtheoccupationinformationmainlythroughindirectchannels,suchastheInternet,massmedia,employmentguidancecourseandrelatedlecturesandsoon,despitethelargeamountofinformation,butthetruestateofcollegestudentscanexperiencetheworkplace.Socialpracticelackscareerorientation,hasfailedtoobtainusefulvocationaltraining,andlackstheperceptualknowledgeofprofession.Manycollegestudentstoparticipateinsocialtimeisblind,somechosepart-timetutor,salesmanandotherwaystoincreasethe"workexperience";inordertoincreasethecompetitivenessofemployment,manycollegestudentschoosetoincreasetheresearchof"chips",busywithallkindsofexamsallday;andthestudentsspendalotoftimetoparticipateinvarioussportsactivities,justtototheemployertoproveitsinterests.
(four)careerpathdesignistakenforgrantedandimpractical
Manycollegestudentschoosetoobtainadegreeandcertificateasthemaindevelopmentpath,astheiroccupationtargetoccupationdesigntoPubMedandkaobo.Somecollegestudents"forinsurancepurposes,topreparethedevelopmentpathofmorethanfour,butthepathresultsingreatdisparity,lackofinternalconnectionpathbetween,blurreddirectionandpathoftheshilly-shallywillinevitablyleadtotheactualchoice,isnotconducivetotherealizationofthecoreoccupationtarget.Somestudentsdowhenplanningtospendalotoftimeandeffortinthesearchforthe"besthope"plan",aplan,alifetime,whenplanningineverything,donotwanttogiveup,donottakeflexibleadjustmentmeasures.Infact,becauseofthelimitationofvariousfactors,oneisalmostimpossibletomakeaperfectineveryrespectoftheoccupationcareerplanning,moreover,duetochangesintheexternalenvironmentandtheirownknowledge,improvetheabilityofoccupationcareerplanning,butalsoneedtocontinuetoadjust,keepingpacewiththetimes.
Two,careerplanningandlifedevelopmentofCollegeStudents
"Careerdesign"isactually"lifestrategydesign",whichisanarrangementforthefuturedevelopmentoflife.It'ssimple,butit'simportant.Althoughit'sonlyaarrangement,isthereanydifferencebetweenthesearrangements?
.Thereisnosuchastrategyarrangement,aplan,along-termdevelopment,itwillonlystop,movingrandomly,onlygoaroundlookingforopportunitiestoputtheirownfutureanddestinysetinasubtlecontingency.IntheUnitedStatesinabookcalled"infiniteability"thebest-sellingbook,saidsuchanexample:
in1953conductedasurveyofYaleUniversitygraduates:
"whatisyourgoalaftergraduation?
"resultsare3%ofthestudentshaveacleargoal,97%ofthestudentshavenocleargoalson.20yearslater,someonetrackeddownallthestudentswhohadattendedthequestionnaire.Theconclusionsurprisedhim.3%ofthepeoplehadmorethan97%ofthesumoftheirwealth.20yearsago,onlythegoalhasanddidnot,after20years,butformedsuchabigdifference.
So,asuccessfulliferequiresproperplanning.Thepursuitofselffulfillmentandcareersuccessisthegoalofmanypeople'slife,butnoteveryonecanreachthehighestleveloflife.Thedifferenceiswhetheryoucanmanageyourlifeplanwell.Itdoesn'tmatterwhereyoustandtoday,butit'simportantthatyoumoveonnext.Youneedtoknownotonlywhattodo,butalsowhatnottodo.Forthosewhocandesigntheirownlifestrategyontheroadoflife,donotrelaxstudy,alwayskeepanenterprisingmind,andconstantlysumupexperience,successisnolongeradifficulttask.

Acareerisaconceptofdevelopment.
Super(1957),afamousAmericanprofessionalpsychologist,divideshumancareerdevelopmentintofivestages:
growth,exploration,establishment,maintenanceandretreat.Indifferentlifecycle,occupationcareerplanningindifferentstages,planningcontentsandkeypointsofeachstagearedifferent,butthevariousstagesoftheoccupationcareerplanningisaffectingeachothercontinuously,andthusformacompleteoccupationcareerplanningthroughouttheprocessofdevelopmenthasalwaysbeenthelife.
Theageofcollegestudentsisintheexplorationperiodofcareerdevelopment.Themaintaskofcollegestudentsinthisperiodismoreandmoreaccurateunderstandingofthemselves,havemorepracticalabilityandjudgmentoftheirownweaknesses;selfdevelopment,characteristicsaccordingtotheirowninterestandabilityandpersonality,makethegreatesteffortstoactivelyadapttothecultureattitude,developtheirownexpertiseinallkindsoflearningandpractice;theevent,madeatentativedecisionandoccupationoccupationcareerplanning.Therefore,itisveryimportantforcollegestuden
