1Thedefinitionofgreensupplychain
Greensupplychainmanagementconceptandconnotationofgreensupplychainmanagementalsoinconstantdevelopmentandperfection,sofarthereisnoaunifieddefinitionofauthority.ForthefirsttimeputforwardtheconceptofgreensupplychainassociationforthestudyofmanufacturingattheuniversityofMichiganthinkgreensupplychainisaneffectiveuseofenvironmentalawareness,resources,energyandthesupplychainofeachlinkoftheintersection,isaimportantmeanstorealizethesustainabledevelopmentofgreenmanufacturingandenterprise,itspurposeistomakethewholesupplychainresourcesutilizationefficiencyishighest,minimalnegativeimpactontheenvironment.Somescholarsinreferencetothesupplychainandonthebasisofthedefinitionofgreenmanufacturing,greensupplychainisdefinedasacomprehensiveconsiderationofenvironmentalimpactthroughoutthesupplychainandresourceutilizationofmodernmanagementmode,whichisbasedongreenmanufacturingtheoryandsupplychainmanagementtechnology,involvesthesuppliers,manufacturers,distributorsandusers,itspurposeistomake
theproductsfromrawmaterialsacquisition,processing,packaging,warehousing,transportation,usetoscrapthewholeprocessofprocessing,theimpactontheenvironment(negativeeffect),theminimum,thehighestresourceefficiency."2Thecharacteristicsofthegreensupplychain2.1Ecosystem
Thetraditionalsupplychainmanagementistosupplychainlogistics,informationflow,cashflowandworkflowtoplan,organize,coordinateandcontrol.Itwasbasedonthecustomerdemandasthecenter,willbelinkedtothewholeprocessofeachlinkofsupplychainintegrationmanagement.Itstressesattherighttimeandplaceintherightwaytoproductdeliveredtothecustomer,butitislimitedtomakefulluseofinternalresources,supplychainisnotfullyconsideredintheprocessofthesupplyoftheselectedschemewillaffectthesurroundingenvironmentandpersonnel,whetherisreasonableuseofresources,savingenergy,howtodealwithandrecyclingofwasteandemission,whethertheenvironmentalimpactevaluation,etc.,whichshouldhavethenewfunctionofgreensupplychainmanagement.Greensupplychainmanagementistoenhance,includingenterpriseeconomicbenefitandsocialbenefit,thecomprehensivebenefitasthegoal,thesustainabilityphilosophyexistsinthewholeprocessofproductlifecycle,iseachsubsystemsuchassupply,manufacturing,consumptionofintegration,therequiredsubjectofeachsubsystemareincompliancewiththeprincipleof"compatiblewiththe
environment".Onlyinthetraditionalsupplychainincludinglogistics,informationflowandcashflow,workflow.Greensupplychainofthe"green"conceptintothesupplychain,wecallittheecologicalflow,suchasgreendesign,greentechnology,environmentalcosts,suchastheapplicationofknowledge,andincreasethecorrespondingecologicalcontrolindicatorstoevaluatethewholesystem.Ecologicalflowcanbecometheimportantcomponentofthesupplychainistoensurethatthemanufacturingresourcesandmanufacturingprocess,packagingandotheraspectsofcontinuousinnovation,sothattheenvironmentalbenefitoptimization.2.2Theclosedloop
Flowsthroughthegreensupplychainlogisticsisnotonlytheordinaryrawmaterials,intermediateproductsandfinalproducts,butalsoakindof"green"logistics.Productsthroughrecyclingsystem,attheendoftheservicelifeofthepartorallofthematerialorpartsagainintothesupplychainsystem,improvetheresourceutilizationofthesystemandreducetheenvironmentalimpactofthesystem.Openloopstructureofgreensupplychainchangedthetraditionalsupplychain,increasedtheroleofrecyclers,recyclerscanbythemanufacturerortoactasspecialrecyclingenterprises.Throughtherecyclingprocess,therealizationoftheproductorpartofthereuseofcomponentsandormaterialsandenergyrecovery,thusforminglogistics"closedloop",notonlyimprovetheresourceutilization,alsoreducedthewasteproduct'simpactontheenvironment,butalsoreduces
themanufacturer'soperatingcosts.Recoveryprocess(reverselogistics)ofmanagement,especiallytherecoveryoflogisticsandcoordinationofproductionlogisticsmanagementisthekeypointofgreensupplychainmanagement.Forexample,scrap,waste,andintheprocessofproductionintheprocessoftransportation,warehousing,salesofdamagedpartsandproductsshallberecycledbeingeliminatedbytheuser.Itcancontinuetousetheproductafterprocessingtosales.Afterremovalofreusablecomponents,itcanbebacktofactory.Butdownthescrappartscanbeusedasrawmaterials.Inthegreensupplychaininformationflow,alargenumberofflowsare"green"informationaboutgreenmanufacturing.
2.3Sharing
Datasharingincludesselectionofgreenmaterials,productdesign,fortheevaluationandselectionofsuppliers,greenproduction,transportationanddistribution,packaging,salesdataintheprocessofandtherecyclingofwaste.Suppliers,manufacturersandrecyclersandlawenforcementdepartmentsandtheconnectionbetweentheusersisachievedthroughtheInternet.Therefore,thegreensupplychainmanagementinformationdataflowisatwo-wayinteractive,andthroughthenetworktosupport.Thedevelopmentandapplicationofnetworktechnology,acceleratedtheprocessofglobaleconomicintegration,alsoprovidesopportunitiesforthedevelopmentofgreensupplychain.Businessesusenetworktocompletetheproductdesign,manufacturing,lookingfortherightproduct
manufacturingpartners,inordertorealizetheresourcesharingbetweenenterprisesandoptimizethecombinationuseof,reducingprocessingtasks,savingresourceandtheinventoryofthewholesociety.Marketsupplyanddemandinformationthroughe-commercesearchproducts,reducesaleschannels.Throughthenetworktechniquesforcentralizedresourcedistribution,reducetransportation'simpactontheenvironment.2.4Integration
Greensupplychainprojectapplicationsystemofoverallplanning,logistics,informationflow,cashflow,workflow,ecologicalflow,theenterpriseinternalandexternalsupplychainintegration,eliminatethetraditionalsupplychainprocurement,production,distributionanddistributionbetweentheobstacle,fromtheperspectiveofthewholesupplychaincomprehensiveconsiderationoftheenvironmentalimpactandefficiencyofresources,emphasizestheintegratedoptimal,sotheintegrationtechniqueingreensupplychainisveryimportant.Atthesametime,thegreensupplychainemphasizesonproductwholelifecycleofgreenoperationandmanagement,andinthepursuitofresourceconsumptionandenvironmentalimpact(negativeeffect),minimumatthesametimethepursuitofsupplychaintoreducecosts,sothegreensupplychainismoresystematic,practicality,integrationandimplementationofgreensupplychainstrategyintheenterprisecanobtainbetterthanasingleenterprisegreenmanufacturingoftheactualeffect,realizethedynamic
controlandallkindsofresourcesinsideandoutsidetheenterpriseintegrationandoptimization,tofurtherimprovetheefficiencyofsupplychainmanagementandgainacompetitiveadvantageinthemarket.
3Waysofgreensupplychainmanagement3.1Scientificplanningistheforerunneroftheimplementationofgreensupplychainmanagement
Theimplementationofgreensupplychainmanagementishugesystemengineering.Whencompaniesdecidedtoimplementgreensupplychainmanagement,shouldbecarefulanalysisofthestateoftheirown,accordingtothecharacteristicsoftheenterpriseclearunderstandingimplementationtargets.Onthepremiseofscientificplanning,implementstepbystep,toreduceriskandensuresuccess.Asaresultoftheenterpriseconditiondifferinthousandsways,greensupplychainmanagementmodelisalsovaried,enterprisesshouldstartfromthebearingcapacityandactual,toenterpriseurgentlyneededsolution.Definitely,andcanfasteffectivelinkasabreakthroughpoint,tothemanagementandefficiencyintheimplementation.3.2TheorganiccombinationofBPRandgreensupplychainmanagementBusinessprocessreengineering(BPR)isakindofnewmanagementthought,itscoreisessentiallytorethink,design,andchangetheoldenvironmentformedbythefunctionaldepartmentsoperateandappraisalmechanism,effectivelybuildingbusinessprocessesacrossfunctionaldepartments,changedthepastaccordingtothefunctionsofthedivisionof"internaltypetransversetaskmanagement"mechanism,forthe
