measurementsbycreatingtheTL9000QualityManagementSystem
RequirementsHandbookandtheTL9000QualityManagementSystem
MeasurementsHandbook.Thesehandbooksaretheresultofacooperative
effortamongmembersofthetelecommunicationsindustry.
TheworkoftheQuESTForumyieldsbenefitstocustomers,theirsubscribers,
andtheirsuppliers.MembershipiscomposedoftelecommunicationService
Providers,Suppliers,andLiaisons.MembersfundandparticipateintheQuEST
