Inthispaper,theconceptsofculturalandcreativeindustriesacomprehensivereview,basedonavarietyofculturalandcreativeindustriesdefinition,namingsystemtobecomparedandanalyzedwiththesimilaritiesanddifferencesbetweenthem.Aswellasculturalandcreativeindustriesinthreedevelopingcontext-fromculturetocultureindustry,fromtheculturalindustriestocreativeindustries,fromgovernmenttotheprivatesector-conductedadetailedformulation.Finally,toclarifythecreativeindustriesandinnovationineconomictheory,therelationshipbetweenthecreativeindustriesandalsoanalyzedtheinterdependencebetweenhigh-techindustries.

Basedontheaboveanalysis,wefindthat,regardlessofwhichdefinitionwillincludethisfeatureofculturalcontent,culturalcontentandthustheculturalandcreativeindustries,thecorefeatures,onlythisonefeatureisthebroadestmeasureoftheculturalindustriesdefinition.Thesymboliccontentandscaleofindustrialproductionisanimportantfeatureofcreativeindustries.
