Last week our school organized some activities to help us reduce stress and get fully prepared for the upcoming exams.
A number of choices were offered to us. For example, we could choose to sit in a comfortable room listening to the music carefully selected by our teachers. Most of the music was relaxing and could bring peace and comfort to listeners. We could also participate in interesting games such as a trust fall and a three-legged race. These games are believed to build group trust and cooperation. Another activity was to seek advice from experts. I consulted them about my examination anxiety and received very helpful suggestions.
At the end of the week, we also held a class meeting to share our feelings about the stress-reducing activities. We all agreed that they were beneficial and helped us prepare for the upcoming exams with more confidence.
