简历项目经验怎么写?
简历中的项目经验在写作时有哪些注意事项?
招聘,尤其是技术类岗位的招聘,项目经验怎么写才能突出自己的优势?
项目经验与工作经验是相辅相成的,但较之于工作经验,项目经验更侧重于表现求职者在某个专业领域内的技能水平。
因而,技术类岗位、咨询类岗位在招聘的时候,更注重项目经验。
对于求职者来说,项目经验怎么写才能突出自己的优势呢?
一个完整的项目经验应该包含3部分内容:
项目简介、个人职责、主要业绩。

通过这样一个简单的项目经验介绍,一个求职者在工程项目管理方面的经验就非常清楚了。
对于没有工作经验的大学硕士生、博士生来说,项目经验最重要的是:
论文。
硕士生、博士生在求学阶段,有比较充裕的时间来完成毕业论文,因此,论文代表了毕业生的水平。

项目经验也可以是参与导师或院系的科研项目,说明自己的项目中的职责与成绩,在项目成果中是否署名。
对于本科生来说,论文作为项目经验则有些勉强,通常本科生的论文很少具备专业深度,除非确实是下了功夫,有一定水平,或者公开发表过的论文。
本科生可把比较大型的社团活动、实习经历中的项目作为自己的项目经验写在简历中,这
样同样可以突出自己的工作技能。
例如,组织或参加全校的辩论赛、在实习企业参与校园推广活动等等。
