Weherebymakethefollowingsolemnstatementonthereport:

6.Thereisnopersonprovidingcrucialprofessionalassistanceinthepreparationofthisappraisalreport.
7.Theappraisalreportsignedandaffixedbyrelevantappraisersandofficiallysealedbytheappraisalagencyisvalidasawholeandcopiesshallbedeemedinvalid.
8.Alltherelatedmaterialsincludingconstructionareasandrightsoftheappraisalobjectusedinthereportshallbeprovidedbythetrustorwhoisresponsiblefortheauthenticityandreliability.Theappraiserswillnotbeartheresponsibilityfortheerroroftheappraisalcausedbyuntruematerials.

I.AppraisalAssumptions
1.Thelegalcertificatesandrelatedinformationprovidedbythetrustoraretrueandreliable;theownershipofentrustedappraisalreportoftheappraisalobjectislegitimateandnon-controversial;
2.Theappraisalinthisappraisalisconcludedundertheassumptionthatrealestatemarketvalueisrelativelystablewithinthevalidityperiodoftheappraisalreportwhichdoesnotdoesnotconsidertheimpactsoftimeonappraisaloftheobjectandtherealestatemarketconditions;
3.Thisreportdoesnotconsidertheleaserightsandmortgagerightsappointedfortheappraisalobjectinthefutureaswellastheinfluencescausedtotherealestatevaluebynationalmacroeconomicpolicies,majorchangesandotherforcemajeure;
Whentheaboveconditionschange,theappraisalresultsofthereportwillbeinvalid,andtheappraisalshouldbeaccordinglyre-commissioned.
II.Theapplicationrestrictionsoftheappraisalreport.
1.Theappraisalconclusionsarevalueswhenalltheassumptionsandrestrictionsaresatisfied.
2.Theappraisalreportareprovidedtothetrustorforuseinaccordancewiththestatedpurpose,incaseofanychangeinappraisalpurposesandconditions,necessaryamendmentsandevenre-appraisalshallbemadebyourcompany.
3.Intheappraisalprocess,therealestatestatutorypurposeisforresidencewhichshallnotchangeinthefutureremainingusefullife;
4.Theconstructionareainthisreportisasprovidedbythedataofthecopyof"houseownershipcertificate"providedbythetrustor,theareawritteninthe"houseownershipcertificate"shallprevailforrelatedareainthisAppraisal.
5.Theapplicationvalidityoftheappraisalreportthattakeseffectfromthedateofissuanceisoneyear,namelyfromNovember30,2011toNovember29,2012,theresponsibilityfortheusageofthisappraisalreportoutofitsvalidityshallbebornebytheuser.
6.Thetrustorshalltimelyhirerealestateappraisingagencyforadjustmentorre-appraisaloftheappraisalreportincaseofchangesofnationaleconomicsituation,urbanplanningorrealestatetaxpolicieswhichmayresultinsignificantinfluencesontheappraisalconclusionsaftertheappraisalpointandwithinthevalidityofappraisalreport.
7.Theentireoranypartoftheappraisalreportoranyreferenceinformationshallnotbequotedinanypublisheddocuments,notificationsorstatements,orpublishedinanyformwithoutthewrittenconsentofappraisalagency.
