LocoganditsticketagentspenttheChristmasperiodcontactingticketholdersandofferingthemalternativesthatincludedtheticketstheyhadappliedforbutunsuccessful.Thechangesneednoadditionalcost.Ithasalsoofferedtoreturnanydiscrepancy(差额)ifthenewticketscostlessthantheoriginals.LocogsaidthereplacementticketswouldcomefromanumberofunsoldseatsacrosstheOlympicGamesanditwasdoingallitcouldtomakeuptheerrortothefanswhoboughttickets.
