Abstract
Dietisaeternaltopic,thereisnolimittopeople'spursuitforfood,therestaurantindustryisoneofthefastestgrowingindustry,notonlybenefitedfromfoodintheformofdiversification,ontheotherhandisbecausethecateringenterprisesbegantopaymuchattentiontotheirowncharacteristicsofexcavation,specialfoodandchainmanagementisbecominganimportanttrendinthedevelopmentofcateringenterprisesinthefuture.

1Introduction
TheageoftheInternetusheredintheopensubtlychangepeople'swayoflife,bringhugebenefitsatthesametime,alsoleadsthechangeinthewaytheenterpriseinformationmanagement.Studentsdon'thavetositintheclassroomcanrealizeremoteeducation;Thefansdon'thavetogotocinematostayathometowatchonline;Passengerseventhroughmobileterminalscanelectronicticket.
Underthenewsituation,peoplepaymoreattentiontolocalfeaturesonthedietandintegrationinnovation,promotesthechangealandmarkofthecateringindustry.However,inthefaceofthefastfoodindustryincreasinglybecomehot,laborcosts,foodrawmaterialcostshavebeenrising;cateringenterprisescostcontrolisparticularlydifficult.Pastthetraditionalmanagementmodeandtheoldmanagementmethodscannotmeetthecurrentdemand,can'thelpenterprisestobetterdevelopment.Alongwiththerapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnologyandnetworktechnology,ifnetworkinformationplatformcanbeappliedtofoodindustry,betterabletoprovidecustomerswithqualityservice,andimprovetheefficiencyofenterprisemanagement,soastodramaticallyincreasetheoverallefficiency.
Bothdevelopedcountriesanddevelopingcountries,areactivelytryingtoe-commerce.ButbecausetheO2Oconceptoftimeisnottoolong,diningonO2Oe-commercecasesalsonotmany.Althoughpartofthechainrestauranthasstartedfromotherareasofonlinetoofflinemarketingmodelandthebroughtcertainbenefits.Butmostofthesmallandmedium-sizedrestaurantownerthoughtstillstaysonthetraditionalmanagementmode,combinedwiththeirownstrengthislimited,makethem.O2Oisaformofelectroniccommerce,alsocalledOnlineToOffline,thatis,OnlineorOfflineisOnlineToOffline,mainlythroughOnlineoperationguidelineconsumption.ClasschaincateringenterpriseshavemorejointO2O,isdeterminedbyitsownfactors.Thesemerchantsproductscannotexpresscanonlybeofflineforconsumption.Ordersthroughonlineandofflineexperiencesandconvenientmethodtoachievesales,themostimportantthingisthatpricediscountcanattractmoreconsumers.
