6.1.15Whenwatersupplypipingforairdefensebasementisintroducedfromentryorexit,blastwaveproofvalvesshallbeprovidedinsidetheprotectionsealingdoors.Iftheyareintroducedfromtheguardprotectionstructures,blastwaveproofvalvesshallbeprovidedtotheinsideofexteriorwallsorinsideofceilings.Theforceofresistanceshallnotbelessthan1Mpa.

6.4.8Whenfueltransferpipefordieselgeneratorhouseisintroducedfromentryorexit,blastwaveproofvalvesshallbeprovidedtotheinsideofprotectionsealingdoors.Ifitisintroducedfromtheguardprotectionstructures,blastwaveproofvalvesshallbeprovidedtotheinsideofexteriorwallsortheinsideofceilings.Theforceofresistanceshallnotbelessthan1MPa.
1.2WaterQualityandAnti-PollutionofFlowBack

2.2.3Drinkingwatershallnotbepollutedbyflowbackandwhendesigning,itshallmeetfollowingrequirements:
1.Waterdistributionoutletofwatersupplypipeshallnotbesubmergedwithanyliquidorforeignsubstances.
2.Waterdistributionoutletofwatersupplypipeshallbehigherthanoverflowlevelofwater-usingequipmentandtheminimumairspaceshallnotbelessthan2.5timesthediameterofwaterdistributionoutletpipeofwatersupplypipe.
3.Forspecialappliancesandwaterequipmentforproduction,ifitisimpossibletoprovidethisminimumairspace,anti-pollutionseparatorsshallbeprovidedoreffectiveseparationmeasuresshallbetaken.
2.2.5Pipingfordrinkingwaterisstrictlyprohibitedtodirectlyconnecttotoilets(channels).
2.2.7Thenetdistancefromburiedwatertankfordrinkingwatertoseptictankshallnotbelessthan10m.Incasethisnetdistancecannotbesecured,measuresshallbetakentopreventtanksfordrinkingwaterfrompollution.
2.2.10Whendrinkingwaterissharingwaterpondorwatertankwithwaterforotherpurpose,thebodyofwaterpond(tank)shallbeindependentstructure.Theoriginalbottomofthebuildingshallnotbeusedasthewallofthewaterpondorwatertank.
3.3.3Followingequipmentorvesselsshallnotbedirectlyconnectedwithpipingofsewageorwastesandindirectdrainageshallbeused:
1.Dischargepipeoroverflowpipeofwaterpondorwatertankfordrinkingwater.
2.Drainfromfoodpreparationorequipmentwashinginkitchen.
3.Drainfrommedicalequipmentsterilizing.
4.DrainfromA/Cequipmentofvaporizationtypecoolers,aircoolingtowers.
5.Thegrounddrainfromcoldstorageroomsorcoldstoragewarehousesforfoodorbeverageandthedrainfromdefrostwaterpanofaircoolingmachine.
1.3SanitaryEquipmentandWaterTreatment

5.2.3Non-manualswitchshallbeprovidedtosinksforfollowingroomsandmeasuresshallbetakentopreventthemfromspilling:
1.Examiningrooms,consultingrooms,deliveryroom,operatingrooms,testingroom,doctor’soffices,nurse’soffices,treatmentrooms,prescriptionrooms,disinfectionchambers;
2.Otherroomswithrequirementsforsterilizationorrequirementsfornoninter-infection.
5.2.6Deviceforcontrollingtemperatureandstabilizingpressureshallbeprovidedtowarmwatersupplyforinfantwashingponds.

3.2.11Whensanitarywaresandindustrialwastesreceiversareconnectedtosewagepipingorotherdrainagepipingwhichmayproducehazardousgases,trapbendsshallbeprovidedbellowdrainageoutlet.

Incasetrapbendisstructuredinsanitaryware,itisnotnecessarytoprovidedtrapbendbellowdrainageoutlet.
3.3.2Watersealdeviceshallbeprovidedtotheplacesconnectingindoordrainingditchtooutdoordrainingpipe.
3.9.17Thesewagecontainingradioactivesubstance,heavymetalorothertoxicorhazardoussubstancesandtheydonotmeetthestandardsfordrainingshallbeseparatelytreatedandthendrainedtohospitalsewagetreatmentstationormunicipaldrainagepiping.
3.8.6EDe-odorsystemshallbeprovidedtosewagetreatmentfacilities.
3.8.6FIncasesewagetreatmentstructureisinbuildings,separatepartitionroomshallbeprovidedtomachinesoflargenoiseinoperation.

7.2.3Pressurizedequipmentisstrictlyprohibitedtoinstallaboveurbangassupplypiping.
7.2.4Whenpressureboostingisnecessaryduetothesupplypressurecannotmeettherequirementofuser’sequipment,itshallmeetfollowingrequirements:
(1)Floatbuffershallbeprovidedbeforepressureboostingequipment.Thecapacityofthebuffershallsecurethatthepressureoflocalpipingnetworkshallnotbeaffectedwhenitispressurized.
(2)Lowpressureprotectiondeviceforpipingnetworkshallbeprovidedbeforethebuffer.
(3)Thebuffershallhaveautomaticcut-offvalvewhichinterlocksthelowlimitofcapacityofthebufferwithboostingequipment.
(4)Bypassvalveandoutletcheckvalveshallbeprovidedtotheboostingequipment.
7.2.10Fuelgasinductionpipeshallnotbeinstalledinbedrooms,bathrooms,basements,warehousesforflammableorexplosivesubstances,roomswithcorrosivemedia,powerdistributionrooms,transformerrooms,cableditches,fumechannelsorairintroducingchannels,etc.
7.2.11Whenfuelgasinductionpipeispassingthroughthesealedrooms,thesealedroomsshallbereformedandventportsshallbeprovided.Thetimesforventingandairchangingshallnotbelessthan3timesperhour.
7.2.13Whenfuelgasinductionpipeispassingthroughfoundations,wallsorpipingchannelsofthebuilding,itshallbeinstalledinsleeveandthefactorofsettlementshallbetakenintoconsideration.Ifitisnecessary,measuresforcompensationshallbetaken.
7.2.14Theminimumnominaldiameteroffuelgasinductionpipeshallmeetfollowingrequirements:
(1)Whendeliveringfuelgasofmanualcoalgasormininggas,itshallnotbelessthan25mm;
(2)WhendeliveringfuelgasofnaturalgasorLPG,itshallnotbelessthan15mm.
7.2.16Fuelgaspipinginbuildingsorstructuresshallbesurfacemounted.Whenitisspeciallyrequiredbyarchitectureorprocess,itmaybeconcealed,howeveritshallbeconvenientforinstallationandmaintenance.
Theconcealedfuelgaspipingshallmeetfollowingrequirements:
(2)Movabledoorandventholeshallbeprovidedtopipingchannelsforconcealedfuelgaspiping.Movablecovershallbeprovidedtoditchforconcealedfuelgaspipinganditshallbebackfilledwithdrysand.
(3)Anticorrosioninsulationlayershallbeappliedtopiping;
(4)Fuelgaspipingshallnotbeinstalledinanyditchwherecorrosivemediamaypermeate;
(5)Whentheditchwherethefuelgaspipingisinstallediscrossingwithotherditches,theplacesbetweenditchesshallbesealed.Thefuelgaspipingshallbeinstalledinsteelsleeve;
(6)Adequateventilationshallbeprovidedtofloorswhereequipmentisinstalledandtothepipingshaftwherefuelgaspipingisinstalled.Fireproofinsulationlayerwithsamefireprooflimitationastheslabshallbeprovidedtopipingshaftoneachfloor,andconvenientaccessdoorformaintenanceshallbeprovided;
7.2.18Indoorfuelgaspipingshallnotpassthroughwarehousesforflammableorexplosivematerials,powerdistributionrooms,transformerrooms,cableditches,fumechannelsandairintroducingchannelsetc.
7.2.19Indoorfuelgaspipingshallnotbeinstalledinwetplacesorinroomsofcorrosivemedia.Ifitisnec
