1.对于切向充磁的各种形状磁钢,以及径向充磁的W形、U形磁钢,转子轭磁密不做计算,转子轭的磁压降忽略不计.
2.牵入同步转矩是按照转矩起动曲线转差率s=0.05时的输出转矩.
3.最大起动转动惯量对应的是给定的包含摩擦转矩的负载转矩.
4.极弧系数αp、漏磁系数σ、直轴电枢系数Kd、交轴电枢系数Kq的大小对计算结果影响较大,其主要原因是这些系
数需要通过电磁场数值计算才能较准确的确定,或者通过大量的实验数据来修正.
5.机械损耗和杂散损耗也比较难确定.软件中是这样处理的:
当机械损耗和杂散损耗输入数据是0时,则程序自动计
算出机械损耗和杂散损耗;
当机械损耗和杂散损耗输入数据不是0时,则程序不再计算这两个损耗,取所输入的值.
6.输入数据修改后必须保存,然后再进行电磁计算,否则修改无效.
7.作者水平有限,尤其实践经验太少,错误和不足在所难免,欢迎您提出改进意见.
