一、传染病的一般知识
1、什么是传染病:
传染病:
是由病原微生物或寄生虫引起的,可由人传人、或由动物传人以及相继传播的感染性疾病称为传染病。
2、传染病的基本特征
1)有病原体:
每种传染病都有其特异的病原体,包括病毒、立克次体、细菌、真菌、螺旋体、原虫等。
2)有传染性:
是此类疾病的最主要特征。
病原体从宿主排出体外,通过一定方式,到达新的易感染者体内,呈现出一定传染性,其传染强度与病原体种类、数量、毒力、易感者的免疫状态等有关。
3)具有流行病学特征:
有流行性(散发、流行、大流行、暴发)、地区性、季节性、周期性、外来性、地方性。
4)免疫性:
感染后(包括隐性或显性感染)可针对病原体及其产物产生特异性免疫,属于自动免疫。
不同的传染病病后免疫状态不同,有的传染病患病一次后可获得终身免疫,有的还可再次感染。
可分为以下几种感染现象。
3、传染病的流行过程的三环节
传染病的流行必须具备三个基本环节人群易感性。
缺少其中的任何_一个环节,即传染源、传播途径和人群易感性。
缺少其中的任何一个环节,传染病就不会发生,不可能造成流行。
1)传染源:
指病原体已在体内生长、繁殖并能将其排出体外的人和动物,包括患者、隐性感染者、病原携带者、受感染的动物。
