∙LeadsthewaybyworkingwitheachRGMinthemarkettodeliverRCP(RestaurantControllableProfit)andmeettargetedflow-thruineachrestaurantinmarket;utilizesavailablereports(e.g.exceptionreporting)toidentifyopportunities;encouragesatop-lineorientationthroughoperationalfocus;ensuresthatcorrectoperationalproceduresarefollowedatalltimes.
∙PartnerswitheachRGMinthemarkettobuildsalesoverlastyear’ssalesachievement.
∙AccountableforcoachingandtrainingRGMs,AMsandShiftsupervisorsforoperationalexcellence,supportsnationaltraininginitiatives,involvedinprocessfornewemployeeorientation,monitorstrainingprocessestoensurequalitytrainingofteammembersandmanagers.
∙AggressivelydevelopsandmaintainsRGMandAMstaffinglevels;drivestofullmanagementstaffingforeachrestaurantinmarket;commitstoselectionprocess;monitorsrestaurant-levelstaffing.
