Abstract
Inrecentyears,aquaticproductssafetyeventsnotonlyseriouslydamagedconsumers'healthbutalsocausedgreateconomiclosstosociety.Inordertosolvethecurrentaquaticproductssafetyproblems.Topromotethehealthydevelopmentoftheaquaticproductsindustry,theimplementationoftraceabilitymanagementofaquaticproductsisanimportantmeasuretosolvethecurrentseriousaquaticproductssafetyproblems.Problemsofaquaticproductssafetymayoccurineverylinkofsupplychain,tosolvetheproblemsnotonlypolicyconstraintsbutalsothesupportofrelevanttechnology.Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,radiofrequencyidentificationandEPCInternetofThingshavebeenpaidhighattentionbyvariousindustries.Bytakingsupplychainastheperspective,aquaticproductsastheresearchobject,RFIDandEPCInternetofThingsastheinformationtechnology,basingonin-depthanalysisofaquaticproductssupplychaintracingprocesses,keepingafootholdintheactualneedsofconsumers,enterprisesandgovernment,thispaperproposedatraceabilitymanagementsolutionofaquaticproductssupplychainbasedonRFIDandEPCInternetofThings,anddevelopedaquaticproductssupplychaintraceabilityplatformbasedonRFIDandEPCInternetofThings.

1Introduction
Sincethe1990s,withaseriesoffoodsafetyincidentshappen,makepeoplepaymoreattentiontoandpayattentiontofoodsafetyandhygiene.Withtheeconomicglobalizationandthegrowingofinternationalfoodtrade,foodsafetyhasbecomeanimportantandglobalpublichealthproblem.Foodsafetyaccidentsnotonlybringthewholefoodchainseriouseconomiclosses,butalsoathreattopeople'slifesafety.Againstlossofconsumerconfidenceinfoodsafety,allcountriesindevelopingthetechnologyrelatedtofoodsafetymanagement,regulationsandstandards,andiscommittedtoestablishandperfectthefoodsafetysupervisionandmanagementsystem,tryingtocontrolfromthesourceandputanendtotheintroductionandspreadofepidemic,themigrationhistoryoffoodwasfoundassoonaspossibleandmayenterthefoodchainofproducts,throughthefoodsafetytraceabilitysystemtoensurethesafetyofthefoodproductionandsales.Duetotheaquaticproductsqualityproblemsmayoccurinaquaticproductsbreeding,processing,distributionandsalesofeachlink,ensurequalityandsafetyofaquaticproducts,thepotentialsafetyhazardfelltothelowestpoint,notonlyneedtopushinpolicies,relatedtechnicalsupportisneeded.Establishaunifiedcoordinationofsafetysupervisionsystemofaquaticproducts,thisisthenecessaryconditiontoensurethesafetyofaquaticproducts.Butthecurrentaquaticproductssafetyregulationmethodisrelativelybackward,thelackofinformationmeans,inadequatesupervision,leadtosecurityincidentsofaquaticproducts.Therefore,establishingsafetysupervisionsystemofaquaticproductsassoonaspossible,theuseofhigh-techmeansofinformationtechnologyandtheoverallsupervisionofthesecuritysituationofaquaticproductsandtracking,traceability,fromthesourcecontrolsafetyofaquaticproducts,willhelptocoordinateandsolvetheproblemofsafetyofaquaticproducts.
2Literaturereview
Belongingtoagriculturalproductssupplychain,supplychainofaquaticproductsresearchonagriculturalproductssupplychainhasbeenahotissue,expertsandscholarshaveanalyzedaboutthisfromdifferentangles,respectively,researchonagriculturalproductssupplychainmainlyconcentratedinthesupplychainorganizationmodeofagriculturalproducts,agriculturalproductssupplychaincoordination,supplychainofagriculturalproducts,agriculturalproductssupplychainriskmanagementproblemsinfouraspects,suchasinformationtechnologyapplication.Thestudyofaquaticproductsupplychain,theliteratureisrelativelysmall,theresearchfocusedonaquaticproductsupplychaininformationtechnologyapplication,thevaluechainanalysis,inventorymanagementandaquaticproductsqualityandsafetyofaquaticproducts,etc.
