硕士毕业论文:
无人机摄影测量在农村土地承包经营权确权中的应用
随着无人机航测数据获取及后处理技术的发展.土地调查方法也有新的变化,结合当下正在开展的农村土地承包经营权确权登记调查项目,以"安徽省某试点镇项目"为依托,结合项目特点,提出了无人机航测遥感技术在农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证项目的技术路线,通过不同方法的比较,得出在作业效率、成果精度等方面结论.主要研究思路及成果如下:
1)阐述了土地调查的相关内容,论述了本课题的研究背景及意义,通过了解国内外的研究现状,为以后的技术研究奠定基础.
2)阐述了无人机航测遥感技术应用在土地调查中的优势.
3)采用无人机航测遥感技术,进行数据的获取及数据处理方法包括:
无人机航测遥感技术原理以及优势;原始影像数据的获取及像控数据处理技术方法,以及将无人机航测遥感技术应用到农村土地承包经营权确权登记发证项目中的作业流程以及对所采取的关键技术进行详细分析.
4)以安徽某试点镇为例,采用无人机进行航空摄影,Inpho软件进行后期空三加密及数字正射影像制作,航天远景软件进行地块边界采集,制作调查用工作底图,实地对承包地块进行权属调查,对后期数据进行编辑整理,并对最终成果进行实地检验,汇总统计分析,从实际作业验证了无人机应用于农村土地承包经营权技术路线的可行性,经过对调查底图影像、承包地块的界址点点位精度进行误差统计分析,采用该方法,获取的地块点位精度远优于土地承包经营权调查规程中调查工作底图的精度要求.

Abstract
LandsurveyisabasicworkthatthestatehascarriedouttofullyunderstandthesituationoflanduseinChina.Themasteryofreallandinformationdataisthebasisforlandevaluationandlandmanagement.Thepurposeistoprovideimportantbasicgeographicinformationdatafornationaldecision-making.Thelaunchofthesecondandthirdnationallandsurveyhasprovidedpopularservicesforthesocietywithbasicgeographicalinformationofland.
WiththedevelopmentofUAVaerialsurveydataacquisitionandpost-processingtechnology,thelandsurveymethodhasalsoundergonenewchanges.Thisbasedontheongoingsurveyproject,whichisaboutrightregistrationofrurallandcontractedmanagementrights.ItisSupportedby"theprojectonacertainpilottowninAnhuiprovince",combinedwiththecharacteristicsoftheproject,hasprovidedthetechnicalrouteofusingUAVaerialsurveysensingtechnologyonregistrationandcertificationofrurallandcontractualmanagementrights.Theconclusiononefficiencyandprecisionhasbeenreachedthroughthecomparisonofdifferentmethods.Theresearchideasandachievementsofthispaperareasfollows:
1)Explainedtherelevantcontentsofthelandsurvey,discussedtheresearchbackgroundandsignificanceofthistopic,andlaidafoundationforfuturetechnologicalresearchbyunderstandingtheresearchstatusathomeandabroad.
2)ExplainedtheadvantagesofUAVaerialsurveyandremotesensingtechnologyinlandsurvey.
3)ThemethodsonacquisitionandprocessingofdatathroughUAVaerialsurveyingandremotesensingtechnologyinclude:
principleandadvantagesofUAVaerialsurveyingandremotesensingtechnology;acquisitionoforiginalimagedataandtechnologymethodsofphoto-controldataprocessing;workflowofusingUAVaerialsurveysensingtechnologyonregistrationandcertificationofrurallandcontractualmanagementrights,andthedetailedanalysisonthekeytechnologieswhichisadopted.
4)TakingthepilottowninAnhuiProvinceasanexample,UAVwereusedforaerialphotography,Inphosoftwarewasusedforlateperiodofaerialtriangulationencryptionandproductionofdigitalorthophotography,andspacevisionsoftwarewasusedtocollecttheboundaryofplots,andproductionofbasemapswereusedforsurvey.
Thecontractedlandplotsweresubjecttoasurveyofownership,andthelaterdatawereedited,andthefinalresultswerefield-tested,andstatisticalanalysiswasperformed.ThefeasibilityoftechnicalrouteonapplyingtheUAVtorurallandcontractualmanagementrighthasbeenverified.Theerrorstatisticanalysishasbeenprocessedonworkingmapimageandpositionalaccuracyofboundarypointofcontractedland.TheaccuracyofobtainedplotpointwehaveacquiredismuchbetterthantherequirementofthebasemapinInvestigationproceduresofthelandcontractualmanagementright.
