1.themold
Themoldisindustrialproductproductionprocessequipment,mainlyusedinmanufacturing.Itisandstamping,forging,castingmachinery,andplastic,rubber,ceramicsandothernon-metallicmaterialsformingprocessforformingmachinerymatching,asformingtoolstouse.
Moldbelongstotheprecisionmachinery,whichismainlycomposedofmechanicalpartsandcomponents,suchasformingparts,guidingparts,bearingparts,positioningpartsandfeedingmechanism,pumpingcoreinstitutions,institutionssuchastheintroductionof.
Moldandcorrespondingformingequipment(suchasapunch,injectionmoldingmachine,die-castingmachinesandother)supportingtheuse,candirectlyalterthemetalornon-metallicmaterials,shape,size,andpositionrelativetoperformance,shapingqualifiedparts.
Inordertoimprovethequalityofmoldperformanceaccuracyandproductionefficiency,shortenthemanufacturingcycleofthedie,diestandardpartsofthemold,soahigherdegreeofstandardizationofproductsbelongto.Apairofsmallandmedium-sizeddieorplasticinjectionmoldstandardparts,whichcanreach90%,itsman-hoursavingratecanreach25%to45%.

Thedieusesawiderange,variety,scientificmoldclassification,tohaveplanstodevelopthemoldindustry,systematicresearch,developmentofmoldproductiontechnology,promotemolddesign,manufacturingtechnologyandmodernization,research,formulatetechnicalstandardstoimprovediemold,standardandprofessionalcollaborationproductionlevelhasveryimportantmeaningof.
Sayonthewhole,themoldcanbedividedintotwocategories:
metalmaterialsformingmold,suchasdie,die,die-castingmould;nonmetalmaterialsformingmold,suchasplasticinjectionmold,die-castingmoldandinjectionmold,rubberproducts,glassproductsandceramicformingdie.
Moldspecificclassificationmethodscommonlyusedare:
accordingtomany,diestructure,diecanbedividedintosingle-operationdie,compounddie,progressivedie;plasticmoldcanbedividedintothesinglepartingsurfaceofplasticmould,plasticmouldwithdoublepartingsurfaces.Accordingtothetechnologicalproperties,diecanbedividedintopunchingdie,blankingdie,bendingdie,drawingdie;plasticmoldcanbedividedintoacompressionmold,injectionmold,injectionmold.Accordingtothemoldusingtheobjectcanbedividedintoelectricalmold,automotivemold,moldandothertelevision;accordingtothemoldmaterialcanbedividedintothediehardalloyandsteel.Thisclassificationmethodisintuitive,convenientadvantages.

Standardizationintheconstructionofmeaninginmoldindustry
(1)toimproveperformanceandqualityofmold.Realizationofmoldcomponents,standardization,canmakeabout90%ofthemoldcomponents,realizationoflarge-scale,highlevel,highqualityproduction.Thisinordertoimprovethemoldqualityanduseofperformanceandreliabilityguarantees.
(2)greatlysavetimeandmaterials,shortentheproductioncycle.Dietoachievezero,standardizedcomponents,plasticinjectionmoldproductiontimesavingsof25%to45%,i.e.relativetoasingleproduction,andcanshortentheproductioncycle.Atpresent,indevelopedcountries,smallandmedium-sizedmold,plasticinjectionmold,die-castingmoldandmoldstandardpartsusingcoveragehasreached80%to90%,alargemoldpartsstandardizationdegreeisveryhigh.Inadditiontothespecialmold,itscomponents,basicallyhasrealizedthestandardization.Duetothemoldstandardpartsdemandisbig,sotherealizationofmoldcomponents,standardization,dimensionsischanged,specializationproduction,cansavealargeamountofrawmaterials,greatlyimprovingtheutilizationrateofrawmaterial,therawmaterialutilizationratereached85%to95%

4.Thebasicstructureofpunchingdie
Dietypesalthoughmany,butanyonedieiscomposedofanupperdieandalowerdieiscomposedoftwoparts.Theupperdiethroughthedieshankorupperdieseatisarrangedonthepressblock,withthesliderupanddownmovement,istheactivepartofthedie;diethroughthedieholderisfixedonthemachineworkingtableorthepad,thefixedpartisdie.
In1,theupperdie:
diefromdiehandle,theupperdieseat,backingplate,punchplate,maledie,punching,blankingdie,pushingthedevice(byrod,pushplate,connectingrodandtheslidingblock),aguidesleeveandconnectedwithscrewsandpinsandotherparts.
In2,thelowerdie:
diefromdie,dischargingdevice(astripperplate,thedischargingscrew,spring),guidepinand,stoppin,punchanddiefixingplate,plate,alowerdieseat,aguidecolumnandconnectedwithscrewsandpinsandotherparts.
In3,workingprinciple:
work,stripalongtheguidepin,senttostoppinposition,rollthepresses,diewiththeslidermovesdownward,withasharpcuttingedgepunchingmaledie,blankingdieandpunchanddietogetherthroughthestripsothatpartsandpunchedscrapandmaterialseparationandfinishblankingwork.Sliderdrivesanupperdiepick-up,dischargingdevicewillclampthepunchdiestripdown,pushingthedevicewillbestuckintheblankingdiewithpiercingpunch(i.e.betweenthehoopinthepunchingmaledie)productspushedtothelowermoldsurface,whilethecardinthepunchanddieinpunchthewastematerialisinatimeofblankingprocessbypiercingpunchsuccessivefromthepunchanddiewithinthenextlaunch.Willbepushedtothelowerdiepartsremovedfromabovecanbeconductedbyastampingcycle.Accordingtovariouspartsinthemoldoftheroleofdifferent,generallycanbedividedintothefollowingseveralpartsdie:
1)parts:
directtheblankgenerationseparationorplasticformingparts,suchaspunchanddie,punchanddie.Workisthemostimportantpartofdieparts.
2)locatetheparts:
Determinationofblankorworkpieceinstampingdieinthecorrectplacementoftheparts,suchasthestoppin,guidepin.
3)pressure,dischargepart:
thisparthaspressedblank,andensurethatthehoopinthepunchordiecardinthewastematerialorproductunloading,toensurethepunchingworkcanproceed,suchasdischargeplate,thedischargingscrew,spring,thehittingrod,pushplate,connectingrod,pushingapiece.
4)guideparts:
determination,underthemoldrelativepositionandensurethemovementguideprecisionparts,suchastheguidecolumn,aguidesleeve.
5)fixedparts:
thevariouspartsarefixedontheupper,lowerdieandthelowerdiefixed,inpressparts,suchasthefixedplate,plate,anupperdieseat,alowerdieseat,shank.Thesepartsarethebasicpartsofdie.
6)otherparts:
inadditiontothepartsexcepttheparts,suchasfasteners(screws,mainpin).
Ofcourse,notalldiewiththevariousparts,butthepartsandthenecessaryfixedpartsareindispensable.
5.Theconcept,characteristicsandapplicationofstamping
Punchismountedontheharnessofstampingequipment(mainlyispress)onmoldtothematerialpressure,makeitsproduceplasticdeformationorseparation,thustoobtainthenecessaryparts(commonlyknownaspunchingorstampingparts)ofapressureprocess.Stampingisusuallyatroomtemperatureonthematerialofcolddeformationprocessing,andismainlyusedtoprocessintotherequiredsheetmetalparts,soitiscalledcoldstampingorsheetmetalstamping.Stampingmaterialpressureprocessingandplasticprocessingisoneofmainmethods,belongingtomaterialformingengineeringoperation.
Stampingdieusedcalledstampingdie,referredtoasdie.Dieisthematerial(metalornon-metallic)batchprocessingintoadesiredstampingtools.Diestampinginthecrucial,donotmeettherequirementsofthedie,batchproductiondifficult;noadvanceddie,advancedstampingprocesscannotbeachieved.
Duetoalargevarietyofpartsstampingprocessing,variouspartsoftheshape,sizeandprecisionrequirementsalsovary,whichusedintheproductionofstampingprocessisalsodiverse.Wraparoundrise,canbedividedintoseparationprocessandformingprocessoftwocategories;separationprocessistheinstigationofblankalongcertaincontourlineseparationandobtainacertainshape,sizeandsurfacequalityofstamping(commonlyknownasblanking)process;formingprocessisdefinedintheruptureoftheblankisproducedundertheconditionofplasticdeformationfortheshapeanddimensionsofthestampingprocess.
Thetwostep,accordingtothebasicdeformationindifferentwayscanbedividedintotheblanking,bending,deepdrawingandformingfourbasicprocesses,eachbasicprocessalsocontainsavarietyofsingleprocess.
Inpractice,whentheproductionoflargerdimensionsandtolerances,lessthanthehour,ifusingthescatteredsingleproceduretostampingisnoteconomicandevenhardertomeettherequirements.Thenintheprocessmorecentralizedscheme,wherebytwoormorethantwokindsofsingleprocesstofocusonamould,calledthecombinationofdifferentmethods,andcanbedividedintocomposite-progressiveandcompound-progressivethreecombinations.
