3.1Useforthefumecleaningofthecoalburningboiler
Accordingtotheuser’srequirements,oneormoreelectrofilterssupplyforoneboiler.Theelectrofiltersinstallbetweentheairpreheaterandtheinduceddraftfan.Theyareconnectedbytheairflue.
ThisequipmentdesignedbytheFLAKTCompany’selectrofiltertechnique.Itscapabilityiswellandtheservicelifeislong.
3.2Designcondition:
fumevolume,fumepressure,fumetemperature,coalcomposition,fumecomposition,dustpercent,anddustcomposition,alltheparametersareconsultedtothetechnicalprotocol.

6.1Shell(infig.2)
Shellistheimportantpartoftheelectrofilter.Itsdesignconnectstothetotalfee,installationandbasementworkoftheequipment.
Thestructureoftheshellissealedwelding.Itincludestheshellsideboard,gablewallboardandtheroofprefabricateboard.Thesideboardisthehorizontalorself-sustainstructure.Themainloadtransfersfromtheroofboardtotheuprightcolumnandthentransfersalongtheuprightcolumntothebasement.Thesideboarddesignusesminimumpivots.
Thecapitaluprightcolumninthebigelectrofiltercantransfertheloadtothebasementdirectly.
Insideuprightcolumninstallsinthecheckchannelsbetweeneveryelectricfield.
Thisstructurecandetracttheloadwithouthigh-loadingmaterials.Andthestructurecanensurefastnessandtheelectrodevertical.Themachinecanruninhighefficiency.Andmostofthemanufactureworkcanbefinishedinthefactory.Thiscanensurehighquality.
6.2Ashhooper(infig.3)
Thedustmarshalstotheashhooper.Atthebottom(about30to50percentofthealtitudeoftheashhooper)oftheashhooper,thereiseffectheatertoavoidashcoagulation.Theblockboardonthebottomisusedtoavoidtheelectricfieldleakandashexpands.
Themaximalangleoftheashhooperis35degree.
6.3Sustainaxletree(infig.4)
Thesustainaxletreesareinstalledbetweentheshelluprightcolumnandthesteelbrackettoavoidtheanomalisticloadcausedbytheheadexpand.Thesustainaxletreeismadebylowfrictionmaterial.Thereisballconnectiononitsbottom.Anditcanglidealongthehorizontalorientationandcircumrotatewithouthighload.
6.4Cathodesystem(infig.5)
Thecathodesystemistheheartoftheelectrofilter.Thecathodelineisusedtomakethecorona.Itisonthesymmetricalsiteoftheelectricfieldtoavoidshortcircuit.Theothers,thecathodesystemmustbeeasytomaintainandcan’tbeaffectedbythetemperature.Thiscanensuretheelectrofilterrunningnormally.
Thecathodelineappendsbetweentheframes.Theupdownandmiddleframecouplingfirmtogetherwiththesuspendbeam.Alltheframessuspendon4insulatingbushings.Theinsulatingbushingsinstallontheroofheatinsulatingbox.Thiscanensurethegasinsulateswiththeoutside.
Thedesignoftheframeensuresthemaintainworkerscanwalkonitwithoutanydistortion.Themiddleframeshortensthelengthofthecathodeline.Thecathodelineswingslittleandeasytobringeffectquiverafterquivering.
Themaincharactersofdesigningofthecathodesystemisasfollowings.
Thecathodelineisthetotaltubeawnline.Thereisprotectedequipmentontheconnectionofthecathodeframeandawnline.Theinstallmodeloftheframeandawnlineconnectionboardisthedoublefastenoftheinsertingandbolt.Thiscanensurethecathodelinewithoutlinedrop.Therunningefficiencyofthecathodelineis100percent.Thiscanavoidtheelectricfieldopeningwhichcausedbytheboltcut.Theelectrofiltercanrunstablyforalongtime.

6.5Cathodesuspend:

Thesustaininsulatorontheshellroofisinstalledinthesealedheatinsulationbox.Thereisapolecoverontheheatinsulationbox.Itiseasyfortheheatinsulationboxmaintain.
Thetransformerisinstalledontheroofoftheelectrofilter.Itconnectswiththecathodesystemviatheleas.Therearesteelstructureroofandonetracksuspendontheroof.Itiseasytomaintain.Ifthetransformerisoutwork,wecanusetheonetracksuspendtosuspendthetransformertothegroundtomaintain.
6.6Cathodequiver:

Duringthecourseofthedustcatch,asmallpartofthedustwillattachonthecathodeframeandthecathodeline.Ifthedustcanbeclearintime,thegathereddustwillcausecoronaclosedown.Andtheefficiencyofthedustcatchwilllow.Sothegathereddustonthecathodesystemmustbeclearedbyeffectivelyquiver.Thequiveringisfinishedbythehammer.Thehammerisinstalledonthehorizontalaxis.Itbumpstheframeinturn.Thehammerquiversonthepoleoftheconnectionofthemiddleframe.
Thehammerhashighstrengthandcanworkinthefumewithoutfailure.

Thedriverequipmentisinstalledontheuppartoftheinsulatorheatinsulationoftherooftransfer.Theinsulatorisinstalledintheheatinsulationbox.Thereischeckdoorontheinsulationboxtomaintainandcleantheinsulator.Therooftransferchangestothesidequiverusethepinwheel.Thiscanbeseeninfig.11.Thispinwheelstructurewillnotcausethedustblock.Itcanworkinanyfumeanddonotneedadjustandmaintain.
TherunningofthequiverequipmentusesprogrammingmotorandPCcontrol.TheprogrammingmotorandPCmachinecanworkoutthebestquiveringfrequency.Wewillcommendonesetquiveringfrequencytableasthefollowing.Duringtherunningcourse,youcanadjustitaccordingtoactualcondition.

Anodesystemistheotherimportantpartoftheelectrofilter.FLAKTCompanyusestheGS3-750C/480Cmodelpolarplates.Thewidthofthepolarplatesis750mm/480mm.Theshapeofthepolarplatescanbeseeninfig.12.Comparedwithnormalpolarplates,thistypepolarplateimprovestherigidityandeliminatesthesharpanglespark.Itisdesignedwithoutweldedline.Andthereisastrengthenholeonroofofthepolarplatesforthetopstructuresuspends.
Thebottomofthepolarplatesconnectswiththebouncepoleuseself-lockedboltwithoutanyweldedline.Andthequiveringchoppingblockalsoconnectswiththehighstrengthbolts.Polarplatesbouncepoleorientsexactlyfromtheside.
6.8Anodequiver
Everylinepolarplateshaveonehammer.Itissimilartothecathodequiver.Thequiverstrengthdistributestoeverypolarplatesviabouncepole.Andthestrengthwillnotcentralizetoonepoint.Wechooseaminimumaccelerationaccordingtothestructureantifatiguelifeandthequiveringavailability.Thiscanensuretheacce
