Cloningisproducinganexactcopyofaplantorananimalusingitscells.ThefirstmammaltobeclonedsuccessfullyfromanadultcellwasDollythesheep.Shewasbornin1996anddiedinearly2003,atamuchyoungeragethannormal.Whenshewasborn,manypeoplewereangrybecausetheythoughtcloningwouldcreatemorediseaseintheanimalworld.However,ingeneralthescientistswerepraisedfortheirwonderfulscientificbreakthrough.
