DieLifeofcoldstampingdieandmprovements
Overviewofstampingdie
StampingDie-Stampinginthecold,thematerial(metalornon-metallic)processingintoparts(orhalf)ofaspecialtechnicalequipment,calledcoldstampingdie(commonlyknownasDie).Press-isatroomtemperature,usingthedieinstalledinthepresstoputpressureonthematerialtoproduceaseparationorplasticdeformation,andthustoobtainthenecessarypartsofapressureprocessingmethod.
Stampingdieintheformofmany,thegeneralcategoriesaccordingtothefollowingmainfeatures:
1.Accordingtothetechnicalnatureof
(1)Diealongtheclosedoropencontourthematerialarederivedfrommold.Ifblankingdie,punchdie,cutoffthemold,cutmode,cuttingmode,splitmode,etc..
(2)bendingmodetoblankorblanksheetalongastraightline(curvedline)tobend,deform,andthusobtainacertainangleandshapeoftheworkpieceinthemold.
(3)Thedrawingdieismadeoftheblanksheetopeninghollow,orhollowpiecesoffurtherchangestotheshapeandsizeofthemold.
(4)Dieroughorsemi-finishedworkpieceisconvexaccordingtoplan,directcopytheshapeofthedieshape,thematerialitself,generateonlylocalplasticdeformationofthemold.Suchasthebulgingmode,reducingthedie,expansiondie,formingdierolling,flangingmold,plasticmold.
2.Accordingtothedegreeclassificationprocesscombination
(1)singleprocessmodelinapresstour,justcompletedadiestampingprocess.
(2)compositemodelisonlyonestation,inapresstour,atthesamestationatthesametimetocompletemorethantwoortwodiestampingprocess.
(3)ProgressiveDie(alsoknownasthemodulusofcontinuity)inthefeedingdirection,rough,withtwoormoreofthestation,atthepressofavisit,workindifferentplacesonthecompletionoftwoortwosuccessiveRoadoverstampingdieprocess.

Diewiththemainparts
Diestampingtoolsisthemainprocessequipment,stampingrelyontherelativemovementunderthemoldcompleted.Processingtimebecausetheupperandlowermoldbetweentheconstantdivisionand,ifcontinuedoperationofthefingersofworkerstoenterorremaininthemoldclosed,therewillcertainlyposeaseriousthreattotheirpersonalsafety.
(A)ofthemoldmainparts,functionandsafetyrequirements
1.Workingpartsisadirectpunchtoblankformingtheworkingparts,therefore,itisthekeytomoldparts.Punchnotonlysophisticatedandcomplex,itshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:
(1)beofsufficientstrength,cannotbebrokenordestroyedduringstamping.
(2)shouldbeappropriatetoitsmaterialandheattreatmentrequirements,topreventtoohighhardnessandbrittlefracture.
2.Positioningpartspositioningpartistodeterminethelocationofthepartsinstalledblank,therearepins(board),gaugepin(plate),leadissold,guideplate,knifesetfromtheside,sidepressureetc..Designshouldbeconsideredwhenpositioningpartseasytooperateandshouldnothavehadorientation,locationtofacilitateobservation,preferablyintheforwardposition,contouringtocorrectthepinlocationandpositioning.
3.Binder,unloadinganddischargingpartsbindercomponentsareblankholder,binderboard.
Blankholderpressurecandrawingblankholderforce,therebypreventingbilletsundertheactionofthetangentialpressurearchformedfolds.Theroleofpressureplatetopreventmovementandbounceblank.Topofthedevice,dischargeboard'sroleistofacilitatethepiecesandcleanupwaste.Thembythespring,rubberandequipment,puttingontheair-cushionsupport,canmoveupanddown,knockingoutpiecesofthedesignshouldhaveenoughtopoutput,movementtothelimitedspaces.Stripperplateareashouldbeminimizedorclosedpositionintheoperatinggroovemillingoutempty-handed.Exposureofthestripperplateshouldhaveprotectionaroundtheplate,topreventfingerinsertedintoorforeignobjectsinside,exposedsurfaceedgesshouldbebluntdown.
4.Guidepartsandguidesleeveguidepinisthemostwidelyusedpartofaguide.Itsroleistoensurepunchthepunchingclearancewhenaccuratematch.Therefore,theguideposts,guidecoverthegapshouldbelessthantheblankingclearance.GuidePostlocatednextmoldbase,toensurethatthestrokebottomdeadcenter,theleadcolumninthetemplateonthefaceoverthetopforatleast5to10mm.Guidecolumnsshouldbearrangedfarawayfromthemoduleandthepressureplateinthearea,sotheoperator'sarmsdonotgettotakeovertheleadcolumnmaterial.
5.Supportingandclampingtheupperandlowerpartswhichincludestemplates,diehandle,fixedplatepunch,plate,stopper,etc..
Upanddownthetemplateisthebasisofthecolddieparts,otherpartsarerespectivelyfixedatthetop.Templateplanesize,especiallyaroundthedirectiontobecompatiblewiththeworkpiece,toolargeortoosmallarenotconducivetoaction.
Somemolds(blanking,punchingtypemold)tothepiecesofconvenience,besetupunderthemoldplate.Atthistimethebestandthetemplateplateconnectedbetweenthescrew,thetwoplatethicknessshouldbeabsolutelyequal.Platespacingoutthepiecestobeabletoprevail,nottoomuch,soasnottobreakthetemplate.
6.Fasteningpartswhichincludesscrews,nuts,springs,pins,washers,etc.,aregenerallyusedstandardparts.Diemorewiththeamountofstandardparts,designchoiceandflexibilityshouldbetightenedtoensurethetopoutoftheneedtoavoidexposuretothesurfacefasteneroperatingposition,thestaffandimpedeoperationtopreventbumps.

Acarcovermoldastherepresentativeofalargestampingdiemanufacturingtechnologyhasmadegreatprogress,DongfengMotorCorporationmoldfactory,moldmanufacturerssuchasFAWmoldcenterhasbeenabletoproducesomecarcovermold.Inaddition,manyresearchinstitutionsanduniversitiestocarryouttechnologyresearchanddevelopmentofmold.Afteryearsofeffort,inthemoldCAD/CAE/CAMtechnologyhasmaderemarkableprogress;inimprovingqualityandreducingmolddiedesignandmanufacturingcycle,andsocontributed.
AlthoughChinaDiewiththeindustryoverthepastdecadehasmaderemarkabledevelopment,butinmanywayscomparedwiththeindustrializedcountriesthereisstillalargegap.Forexample,theprecisionmachiningequipment,processingequipmentinDiewiththerelativelylowproportion;CAD/CAE/CAMtechnologypenetrationisnothigh;manyadvancedmoldtechnologynotwidelyso,resultinginaconsiderablenumberoflarge,sophisticated,complexandlongDielifewithdependenceonimports.
