AfterTheEaglelanded,NeilArmstrongsteppedoutontothemoon.Peopleallovertheworldwatchedontheirtelevisionsetsashesaid,“That’sonesmallstepforman,onegiantleapformankind.”BuzzAldrinfollowedArmstrongontothemoon’ssurface,butMichaelCollinsstayedcirclingthemooninthemainspacecraft.Hehadtomakesurethatnothinghappenedtothespacecraftthatwouldtakethemhome.
