Thispaperdiscusseshigh-risebuildingenergy-savingdesignsummarizedthepresentsituationofandprospectsforourcountry,thehopecanhigh-risebuildingenergy-savingdesignbetterandtheinternationalcommunity,providecertainreference.

Energyishumansurvivalanddevelopmentofthebasicconditions,alongwiththesocialprogressandtherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomy,energydemandandsupply,savingenergyincreasinglyprominentcontradictionbetweenthecurrenthumanfaceisoneoftheimportanttasks.Buttheenergyconservationofthebuildingisabasicworldarchitecturedevelopmenttrend,aswellasbuildinganewgrowthpointofscienceandtechnology.
Alongwiththereformandopening-upandtherapiddevelopmentofeconomy,China'shigh-risebuildingsbuiltinahigh-risebuilding,the1980sboomofthedevelopmentisinthe1990sintotheleapdevelopmentstage.Inhigh-risebuildingtowardahigher,morestrongdirectionatthesametime,theenergysavingdesignthegeneraltrendofdevelopmentinhumanbodytoimproveandhealthandimprovingtheconditionsofcomfort,energyefficiency,rationalutilizationofresources,reducegreenhousegasemissions,protectingenvironmentforhumansurvival.Therefore,high-risebuildingenergy-savingdesignhasbecometheworld'sarchitecturalcommunity,theconcernofChineseconstructionhasbecomeahotissue.
A,high-risebuildingenergy-savingdesignintheapplicationsituation
High-risebuildingefficiencyisacomplicatedsystemengineering,fromhigh-risebuildingontologytechnologytohigh-levelbuildingmaterialsproducts,high-risebuildingwithequipmentofthermalenvironmentthereareenergysavingpotential.Therefore,high-risebuildingenergysavingdesignshouldbeinguaranteeitsusefunction,constructionqualityandthepremiseofindoorenvironment,andadoptsvariouseffectiveenergysavingtechnologyandmanagementmeasures.
1,externalwallthermalinsulationenergy-saving
Forourcountry'sexistinghigh-risebuildingisconcerned,itsexternalformstructuralsimilarityisstronger,thecharacteristicsoftheirenergyconsumptionisevident,andthemainembodiedinthewinterofheatpreservationandheatinsulationonsummerenergy-savingtechnology,whichisbeneficialinthepopularizationandpromotion.Inhigh-risebuildingsofsino-foreignpalisadestructureheatlossisbigger,peripheralprotectstructurewallandaccountforalargeshare.Sohigh-risebuildingwithwallbodywallingreformofenergy-savingtechnologydevelopmentisenergy-savingdesignofhigh-risebuildingoneofthemostimportantaspectsofexteriorwallthermalinsulationtechnology,developmentandenergysavingmaterialisthemainenergysavinghigh-risebuildingsimplementation.Energy-savingdesignmainlyembodiedinthefollowingtwoaspects:
Thebasicformofthebuildingcannotchangecircumstances,high-risebuildingenergy-savingdesigncanuseofexternalthermalinsulationtechnologytransformationpattern,buildingenergytransformationcanconsiderinsulationenergy-savingcoatingandlightweightcompositeinsulationboardtechniques,suchasusing.Atpresent,theefficientuseofbuildinginsulationmaterialsandcompositewallpracticeindomesticpopularizecontinuously,throughadoptingrockcotton,glasswallsofcotton,polystyreneplastic,polyurethanefoamplastics,polyethyleneplasticnewhighefficiencyheatinsulationmaterialsandreduceexternalheattransfercoefficient.
Inotherfunctionsofhigh-risebuildingthereconstructiverequirementintoconsiderationunderthecircumstancesofless,energyefficiencydesigncanuseexteriorinsulationtechnologyandexteriorwallinsulationenergy-savingtechnologiescombiningtransformationpattern.Reform,becauseitssupportstructure,varioustechnologyusingrelativelyindependentspacebigger,canconsidertomaketheoriginalwallinsulationreinforcementagainaftertheoutsourcing,appropriateUSESeachtypeinsulationenergy-savingplankwithinsulationmaterials,andcooperatewithinsulationenergy-savingdoortowaitthecommonuse.

Roofingisbuildingperipheryprotectstructureplacesuffersoutdoortemperaturethehighest,areaofhigh-risebuildingislargeralso,astheimportanceofitsenergy-saving,particularlyprominenttherefore,roofingwarm-keepinghigh-risebuildingforimprovingindoortemperatureenvironment,savetheoverallenergyconsumptionisveryimportant.
Ourusualroofingheatinsulatingandenergy-savingapproachislow,thedensityofthermalconductivitysmall,bibulousrateislow,haveacertainintensityoflightweighthighefficiencyheatpreservationmaterialsetinwaterprooflayerandroofboard,thiskindofpracticeisbetweenshoplaw.Therearemanyhigh-risebuildingadoptsthelightweighthighstrength,bibulousrateisverylowextrudedpolystyreneboardasthermalinsulationmaterial,usingpourshoplaw,andgoodresultswereobtained.Pourshoplawissetinthewaterprooflayerinsulationlayer,itsadvantageisduetoheatpreservationmaterialprotectiveeffect,makewaterproofmaterialsfromoutdoorairtemperaturechangeandconstructionpersonnelfordamagecausedbyone.when,greatlyextendthewaterproofmaterialusefixednumberofyear,havecertainenergy-savingeffect,butcostishigher.
Atpresent,ourcountryUSESlightcolorsloperoofenergysavingdesigntechnology.Itcaneffectivedrainage,prevent,roofleakageandcouldeffectivelyheatinsulation,energysaving.Deepdarkroofonlylessthan30%ofsunlightreflected,andnonmetaloflightcolorroofatleast65%ofsunlightreflected,reflectivityhighroofaboutsave20to30percentofenergyconsumption.
Three,solarenergysaving
High-risebuildingenergyefficiencydesignisanotheraspectofthenewenergy,developmentandutilizationofsolarenergyastheonekindofrenewablecleanenergy,isbuildinganewenergyofoneofthepotential.SolarenergyininmostregionsofChinahasthegooduseconditions,thelongestsunshinethroughouttheyearupto2800~3300h,annualsunshinehoursgreaterthan2200h(namelyeverydayaveragesunshineinmorethan6h)area,accountingforlandarea2/3above.Mostoftheheatingareaaredistributedinlongdaylightarea,theseareasof6hldsunshinehoursintotalappearedinmorethan200days,morecanthedupto300d.
SolarenergyinChinaonhigh-risebuildingsaremainly:
waysofusingpassivesolarheating,solarhotwater,activesolarenergyheatingandairconditioning,andsolarpower,etc.Atpresent,withenergysavingdesignresearchandthedevelopmentofthehigh-risebuildingdesignofhigh-risebuildinglayout,basedonthecharacteristicsandusefeatures,additionalsunshinewithindoorheatingequipmentbetweencombinationofenergy-savingdesignhaswonmoreandmorepeopleconcern.Itcanmakethehigh-risebuildingsintheoutdoormeteorologicaldatachangedrasticallycircumstances,indoortemperaturedistributionmorebalanced,improvetheindoorthermalenvironmentandsaveenergy.
4andreasonableuseofvariousbaseterrainenergy-saving
Thelowsouthinnorthhigh,shouldfollowterrainnorth-facingslopetoparallelisdecoratedhigh-risebuildings,suchalreadycanobtainsufficientsunshineandgoodventilation,andpositiveviewisbroad,canreducethesunshinespacingbetweenhigh-risebuildings.
ThenorthslopeinmeteorologicallowonQianHouPaihigh-risebuildings,tonalthelayer,avoidexcessivewideningsunshinespacing.Alsotrytousebytheformationofthebuildingbottomelevationofsemi-closedspace,astheauxiliaryparking,storagespace.
Ineastandwestontheslope,high-risebuildingsshouldpressverticalslopeandfollowthedirectionofslopedecorate,dergewaltigehohenunterschiedchangeitslayersandheight,maintainreasonablesunshinespacing,saveland.
Ontheflatterrain,shouldbedecoratedsouth,northto(PianJiao),canbeappropriatelyittocomplywiththewind,andcanobtaingoodsunshine,wastoreducethedistance,thebestwaytoeconomicaluseofland.
Inmarginalareas,accordingtothesite,decoratetower,shapehalf-unithigh-risebuildings;Northofthebase,decoratehigh-risebuilding,isalsoagoodmeasureofland-saving.
Second,high-risebuildingenergysavingdesigndevelopmentprospects
Facingtheglobalenergyofthegrowingtension,thecountriesoftheworld,especiallyeuramericandevelopedcountrytoenergysavingtechnologyhasgivenfullattention.Inthepast30years,countriesinthehigh-risebuildingdesignandconstruction,newbuildingmaterials,thedevelopmentandapplicationofthehigh-risebuildingenergyconservationregulationsformulatedandimplemented,high-risebuildingenergy-savingattestationandmanagementhasdonealotofwork.Notonlysaveahugeamountofenergy,gainedconsiderableeconomicbenefit,andimprovedtheatmosphereenvironment,reducesthedestructionoftheozonelayer.
