Article3Theworkinghoursandworkingconditions
(a)partybshallabidebypartyaworkinghourssystem,partybinpostimplementation:

(b)partyashallstrictlyabidebytherelevantstateprovisionsofovertime,becausetheproductionandbusinessoperationthatreallyneedtobepartybtoworkovertime,forpartybagrees.
(c)inpartyapartybduringthework,enjoytheprovisionsofthestate'slegalholiday,paidannualleavesuchasholiday.
(4)partyapartybpostaccordingtotheactualsituation,providepartybconformingtotheprovisionsofthestatesafetyandhealthworkingconditions,andinaccordancewiththerelevantregulations,providepartybwithalaborprotectionarticles,toensurethatpartybinthepersonalsafetyandhumandonotsufferharmenvironmentundertheworkingconditions.
(5)partyatoengagedinworkwithoccupationalhazardspartybshallregularhealthexamination.Partybdoesnotparticipateinthepartyashallarrangehealthexaminations,causedbytheconsequencesshallbebornebypartyb.
(6)partybintheworkprocess,muststrictlyabidebytheprovisionsofthepartyasafeoperationproceduresandworkprocedures.Partybtopartya'smanagementstaffofemployingunitsinviolation,hasauthoritytorejecttocarryout.
Article4TheLabourremuneration
(a)thecontractforsalaryplanpayform:

Amongthem,thepartybtheprobationperiodwageformonthlyyuan.
(b)partyamonthly10daysinmonetaryformfullspecifiedamountpayspartyblastmonth'swages,workinghoursforlessthanamonth,accordingtotheactualworkofdays.Partybshallpayindividualincometaxshallbewithheldbypartya.
(c)ifpartyb'sjobchange,willchangeinthesecondmonthafteradjustinglaborremuneration.
(d)duringtheperformanceofthiscontract,partybwageadjustmentinaccordancewithpartya'swagedistributionsystemtodetermine.
(e)partyashallarrangepartybinplayday,legalholidayworkortolengthenworkinghours,shouldarrangepartybinaccordancewiththetimeorpaythecorrespondingsalaryreward.
(f)partyaforproductionworktaskshortagethatpartybDaiGong,inawagepaymentperiod,partyb'ssalaryaccordingtotheagreedstandardpay;Morethanonewagepaymentperiod,accordingtotheprovisionsoftheGanYuXianlianyungangcityminimumwagestandardpay.
Article5Thesocialinsuranceandwelfaretreatment
(1)partyaaccordingtothenationalandsocialinsuranceGanYuXianlianyungangcityofrelevantprovisionsforpartybpaysocietyinsurance.Belongtopartybinaccordancewithindividualresponsibilitycost,withholdingbypartya.
(2)partybbeinjuredatworkoroccupationaldiseasesalariesandtreatmentofinductrialinjuryinsurancebythestateandtherelevantprovisionsofGanYuXianlianyungangcity.
(3)partybsickenorblamebeinjuredatwork,thesickpay,diseaserelieffundandmedicaltreatmentforthestateandtherelevantprovisionsofGanYuXianlianyungangcity.
Article6rulesandregulationsandlabordiscipline
(a)partyawillhave,inaccordancewithlaw,establishandperfecttherulesandregulationsoftheinformpartyb;Partya'srulesandregulationsifthereisachange,willinformpartybthroughpublicway.
(2)partybhasthehandbook,knowsthelawfullyformulatetherulesandregulationsandlabordiscipline,andpromisestostrictlyabideby.
(3)ifpartybviolateslabordisciplineandrulesandregulations,partyamayaccordingtotherulesandregulationstogivecorrespondingprocessing,untilterminatethiscontract.
Article7Laborcontracttermination,,renewandchange
A:
laborcontractterminate
1,partyaandpartybbothsidestalksthingsoverconsistent,mayterminatethelaborcontract.
2,partybputsforwardtoremovelaborcontract,shallnotifypartyainwrittenform:
(1)probationadvancethreeday.
(2)theprobationperiod,thelaborcontractperiod,30daysinadvance.Thereareotheragreedfromtheiragreement.
3,partyaunderthefollowingcircumstances,partybmayterminatethelaborcontract:
(1)notaccordingtolaborcontractpartybtoprovidelaborprotectionorworkingconditions;
(2)notpromptlyandinfullamount,paypartyblaborremuneration;
(3)notforpartybinaccordancewiththepaysocietyinsurancepremium;
(4)partya'srulesandregulationsinviolationoftheprovisionsofthelawsandregulations,partyb'sdamage;
(5)becauseofthe"laborcontractlaw"article26inthecaseoftheprovisionsofthefirstparagraphofthiscontractshallbeinvalid,
(6)legalandadministrativeregulationspartybmayterminatethiscontractinothercircumstances.
Partyawiththeviolence,threatorillegalrestrictionofpersonalfreedomtocompelthelaborpartyb,orpartyaofemployingunitsinviolationofendangeringthepersonalsafetyofpartyb,partybmayterminatethiscontractimmediately,donotneedtoinformpartyainadvance.
4,partybhasthefollowingcircumstances,partyamaycancelthecontract:
(1)intheprobationaryperiodbeenprovednotmeetthefollowingemploycondition:
Partybbyphysicalexamination,healthconditionsdonotconformtopostrequirementorconcealchronicdiseases;Partybshouldprovidefalseidentitycardorotheridcardandotherpersonalfalseinformation;Partybemploymentproceduresincomplete;Partybisnotcompetentfortheemploymentpostregulationindexorappraisalunqualified;Partyahappenedrulesandregulationsandhandbookregulationsinothermayterminatethecontractsituation;
(2)partyaseriousviolationofrulesandregulations;
(3)seriousderelictionofduty,malpractice,whichcausesgreatdamagetopartyainterests;
(4)partybatthesametimeandtheotherunitofchooseandemploypersonstoestablishanemploymentrelationship,apartyatocompletethetaskofcauseseriousinfluence,orputforwardbypartya,refusestomakecorrections;
(5)beshallbeinvestigatedforcriminalresponsibility;
(6)laws,regulationsandtheprovisionsofrulesformulatedbytheothersituations;
(7)for"laborcontractlaw"inthefirstparagraphofarticle26,paragraph1ofthesituationthatthecontractinvalid.
5,underthefollowingcircumstances,partyainwrittenform30daysinadvancenoticetopartyborextrapaypartybamonthlywages,mayterminatethelaborcontract:
(1)partybsickornotbeinjuredatwork,aftertheexpirationofthemedicaltreatment,cannotbeengagedintheoriginalwork,alsocannotbeengagedinotherjobassignedbypartya;
(2)partybisnotcompetentforwork,aftertrainingoradjustmentofthepost,stillisnotcompetentforwork;
(3)thecontractreliesonaremajorchangesintheobjectivecircumstances,thelaborcontractcan'tbecarriedout,andbothpartiesthroughconsultationbypartyaandpartyb,failedtoreachagreementonamendingtheemploymentcontract;
(4)partyaproductionandbusinessoperationseriousdifficulties,ofitspersonnelbecomesreallynecessary,
(5)thelaws,regulationsandtheprovisionsofrulesformulatedbytheothersituation.
6,partybhasthefollowingcircumstances,partyashallnotaccordingtoparagraph1ofarticle7ofthiscontractparagraph5removelaborcontract:
(1)engagedintheoccupational-disease-inductiveoperation
