(3).WorkingSchedulewillfocusontheconstructionprocess,parallelworkorganization,assemblylineworking,andmutualcooperationamongdifferentdepartments.Non-workingandre-workingsituationswillbeforbidden.
ThetotallengthofthepipeculvertdesignedforTeemeenKhuzuuHilltoBagaUlannPass110.8KMRoadis3415M,ofwhichthelengthwiththediameter1Mis2792M,withthediameter1.2Mis221Mandwiththediameter1.5Mis402M.

(1).PreparationWork
a.SteelFormProducing:
TheSteelFormwillbeproducedintheappointedfactorybyEngineer,andtheappointedfactorywilldesignaccordingtothepipeculvertstructureandfeatureandprocessthematerialstepbystep.Thefactorywillconfirmthesupportingsystem,spacedistanceandarrangementonthebaseofthestrength,stiffnessandstabilityofthesupportingsystemaswell.Thedifferencebetweentheinnerdiameterofthesteelformanddesigneddiameteris0~-2MM.Theworkerswillmarkthenumbersonthedifferentpre-producingformsandtheconsultantengineerwillattendtocheckthethickness,verticalityandtheconnectionoftheforms,whichwillbeputintouseafterpermissionfromconsultantengineer.
b.Debuggingtheequipmentonsitetomakesureeverykindofequipmenttogowell.
c.Materialmustcomeintositeaheadaccordingtothedesign,materialtestmustbefinishedandconstructionworkshallobeytheMixingDesigncarefully.
d.SafetyandHealthTrainingforthelaborsworkingonsite.
(2).PipeCulvertPre-producing
a.Usetheformoilbetweentheinnerformandouterform,theninstalltheInnerFormVibratingMachineandadjustInnerFormVibratingMachinetomakesurethatthethicknessofthewalliswell-distributed;
Laysomesandatthebottomoftheform.
b.MakeaSpacer(t=3CM)byconcretemortar,thenplacethefixedre-barframeintotheform,pourtheconcreteintoitandvibratetheformtolettheconcretesealedup.
c.StarttheInnerFormwithlabor-powerlift.
d.Whenthestrengthofthepipeculvertreaches2.5Mpa,takeouttheinnerformslowlybycranetotheappointedpositionandputtheinnerformandouterformtogetherinthesameplace.
e.Usethecolorfulcanvastocoverthepipeculvert,andthecanvascannotbediscovereduntilthestrengthoftheconcretereachesthe30%ofthedesign,thenspraywatertoprotectthem.
f.Whenthestrengthofthepipeculvertreaches30%ofthedesignedstrength,movethepipeculverttotheappointedlocationandcureitbysprayingwater.Thepipeculvertcanbeputintouseafter28daysforcuring.
(3).TheTransportationandInstallationofPipeCulvert
Usetheflatbed-trailertotransportandthecranetrucktoinstallthepipeculvertwiththerubbercushionforprotection.Theinstallationsequenceshouldbefromoutlettoinletandusethecombinationofbitumenandflaxclothtoconnecttwopipesincaseofthewaterleaking.Useconcretetocoveruptheupperpartofthepipeafterinstallation.
(4).FoundationExcavation
UsetheSurveyInstrumentstoconfirmthepipeculvertinstallationlocationandexcavatebyexcavators.Thetwosidesofthepipeculvertsshouldbelengthenedby50CMasdemandedindesignandexcavatethesideslopattherateof1:

Thefoundationneedtobeleveledafterexcavation.Thelabwilltestthecapacityofthefoundationandthenextconstructionworkwillproceedafterapprovedbyconsultantengineer.
(5).FoundationPouring
Ifexcavateddeeperthandesign,laythecushionlayermadebygravel,andinstalltheformafterlevelingthefoundation.Duringtheprocessofinstallation,makesurethejointissealedupandthesupportsystemisstable;
Pouringandvibrationofconcreteshouldbedividedbydifferentlayers.Whentheconcretepouringiscomplete,insertthere-bartoconnectconcretepouringforthe2ndtime.Thefoundationmadebyconcretemustbepouredfirst,theninstalltheconcreteatthetwosidesofthepipeduringtheprocessofpipeculvertinstallation.Whenthestrengthofthefoundationreaches2.5Mpa,removetheformbycranetruckandlaborsandmakesurenodamageduringtheprocessoftheformremoval.
(6).PipeCulvertFoundationProtection
Protectionshouldbeimmediateaftertheremovaloftheform.Usethecanvastoprotecttheinnerandtheplasticcanvastoprotecttheouterconcretesurface.Arrangespecialworkertotakecareofthepipeculverttokeeptheconcretesurfacewet.
(7).TheConstructionWorkofFrontWallandWingWall
Lettheequipmentandlaborstocooperatetoexcavateandlevel.Installthere-barandformaccordingtothedesignandmakesurethejointoftheformssealedup.Theprocessofconcretepouringmustbecontinuously.
(8).BackFilling
Usethegravel(diameter≤10CM)withthewaterseepagefunctiontobackfillaccordingtodifferentlayers.Protecttheconcreteduringtheprocessofbackfilling.Thelimitforthewidthofthebackfillingis2M+1.5hM.Thethicknessofeachlayeris20CMandusetherollerswithsmallsizetocompact.Backfillingforthenextlayerwillproceedafterapprovedbyconsultantengineer.
(*2M+1.5Hmmeansthatthe“2M”=theminimumwidthoftheminirollerandthe“h”=theheightofbackfilling.)

(1).OrganizetheSafetyTeam
SetupasafetyteamwiththeProjectManagerastheteamleader,theforemenastheteammembersandaSafetyInspectortohandlethesafetymatters.
(2).SetUptheSafetyEnsuringPolicy
(a).Setthegoalofsafety:
insiston“Safetycomesfirst,focusonpreventions,inculcatingandpolicy”toeradicategreataccidentscompletely.
(b).SetupthePrincipleof“EverydayandEveryMonth
Inspection”.
(c).EveryworkteammustconsummatetheSafetyPolicyaccordingtothespecificconstructionworkfeatureandcarryoutthepolicyafterapprovedbyProjectManager.
(d).Everyequipmentmustbeoperatedbythewell-trainedandspecial-trainedoperators.
(3).FocusontheSafetyInculcating
(a).Everyoperatormusttaketraininglessonsandpasstherelativeexambeforeworking.
(b).Inculcatethesafetymattersandimprovetheworkersability
todealwiththedangeroussituations.
(c).Everyonecomingtositemustwearhelmet.
(d).Makeoutstandingroadmarksonthewayoftransportation.
(4).SafetyPropertiesSupply
(a).Thelaborsworkinginspecialconditionsshouldhaveprotectionproperties,likehelmet,safetybelt,slipping-proofshoesetc.
