他被当作一件物品送来送去,受尽折磨。
他最终遇到了一位善良的老先生;布郎罗先生,这位先生好心收留了他,他过上了好的生活。
可好景不长,奥利弗不幸在次身陷贼窟,赛克斯胁迫他参加一次远征行窃,最终失败了,挣扎在死亡线上,还是梅里夫人救了奥利弗并且好心收留了他。
