Abstract
Inthispaper,theconstructionmethodofthemulti-archtunnelgroupisdiscussedbyusinganengineeringexampleofMetroLine3.Intheconstructionofthesubway,theconstructiontechniqueofchangingamulti-archtunnelintoasingle-holetunnelwasfirstproposed.Thetechnicalsolutionsofthesingle-middlewallandtheseparatedmiddle-wallstructurewerecomparedandselectedtomeettherequirementsofstructuralsafety,constructionsafety,andeconomicefficiency.Goodtechnicalsolutionscanprovidereferenceandreferenceforthedesignandconstructionofsimilarprojectsinthefuture.

Becauseofthedesignrequirementsofthesubwaytunnel,avarietyoftunnelstructuresarerequired.Amongthem,amulti-archtunnelsegmentconsistingofunequalcross-linkedarchesandtiple-archedtunnelsisoftenusedfortheconnectionofthemainlineandthecrossoverline.Thisarticlecombinestheprojectexampleaccordingtothegeologicalconditionsofthetunnel,thetimelimitrequirementsthroughconparisonandselectionofthebestconstructionprogramthatcanachieverapidconstructionandsaveconstructioncosts.
1 ProjectOverview
ThereturnlineofSportsWestRoadStationonMetroLine3isaconplextypeofreturnlinefromSportsWestRoadStation.InthesectionDK3016.047037.157,atunnelgroupwithunequalspanswithdoublearchesandtiplearcheswassetip.Unequalcross-archtunnelexcavationspanof20.1mexcavationheightof10.076mcross-vectorratioof1:
0.5holeliningaftertheliningof5.2mlarge-holeliningafterthespanof11.4minthewallthicknessof1.6m.Thetriple-archtunnelexcavationspanis19.9mandthe7.885mcross-vectorratiois1:
0.1.Thesurroundingrockofthesectionofthemulti-archtunnelisfromtoptobottom:
artificialbackfill,redsandandalluvialsandlayer,alluvial-diluvialearth,fluvial-lacustrinesedimentarysoil,plasticresidualsoil,hardplastic-hardresidue.Soil,weatheredrockformations,strongweatheredrockformations,weatheredlayers,andweatheredlayers.Tunnelsthroughtheformationofmorehomogeneousrockstrength,strongbearingcapacityandstability.Thethicknessofthevaultcoveringthetunnelis15.518m,andthethicknessofthesurroundingrocklayerIVis5.67.6m.Theburieddepthofgroundwaterinthesectionofthemulti-archtunnelis2.284.1m,mainlyQuaternaryporewaterandfissurewater.

Duetothecomplexstructureofthemulti-archtunnelsection,thetunnelsectionchangesgreatly.Theconstructionprocessiscomplexandtheconstructionisdifficult.Theconstructionperiodislong.Therefore,itisveryimportanttochooseagoodconstructionschemetocompletetheconstructionofthemulti-archtunnelsectionwithhighqualityandefficiency.Whenselectingaconstructionplan,thefollowingaspectsaremainlyconsidered:
1ConstructionsafetyandconstructionSafety2Constructiondifficulty3Constructioncycle4Economicbenefits.Basedonthesefourprinciples,thefollowingtwoconstructionplanswereselectedforconparativeselectionthroughtheresearchanddemonstrationoftheconstructionplan.
2.1 SingleWallConstructionPlan
Themainconstructionstepsandmeasuresofthisprogramareasfollows:
1Preventtheconstructionofthemiddlewallfromtimelyconstructionafterthecompletionoftheconstructionofthetemporaryconstructionchannel,double-archedandtrple-archedintermediatewallfromthedouble-archedtunnelontherightlinetothereturnlineside..2Aftertheconstructionofthemiddlewallliningiscompleted,theCRDconstructionmethodfortherightlineshallbeusedfortheconstructionofthelarge-spantunnelofthere-entrylineinaccordancewiththeprincipleof"smallfirst,large,andclosed".(3)Whentheconstructionofthetrq)le-archtunnelonthesideofthere-entrylineiscarriedout,theconstructionofthetiple-archanddouble-archedmiddlewallshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeconstructionmethodofthemiddle-walloftherightline.Afterthecompletionoftheconstructionofthefour-foldlineonthesideofthemiddlewall,theconstructionoftherightlinewillcontinue.Thisconstructionmethodisappliedtothegeneralconstructionmethodsofdomesticdouble-archtunnelsinGuangzhouMetro,NanjingMetroandBeijingSubway,andcansafelyandsmoothlycompletetheconstructionoftunnelgroups.However,thestudyofpreviousengineeringexamplesandconstructiontechniquescanrevealthattheprogramstillhasshortcomingsanddefects.1Thisschemeisappliedfrequentlyinthisproject.Theinitialsupportandthesecondaryliningofthetunnelwithintheshort21.11mmulti-archtunnelwillconvert4times.2Thewaterprooflayerconstruction,reinforcementengineering,formworkengineering,andconcretepouringinvolvedintheliningofthemiddlewallandsidetunnelsallrequiremultipleconversionsandaconstructionperiodofipto2months.Afterthecompletionofthelining,theinvestmentoftheanti-biassupportofthemiddlewallandtheequipmentandequipmentwillleadtohigherconstructioncostsandlowereconomicbenefits.
2.2 SeparatedWallConstructionPlan
Themainconstructionstepsandmeasuresofthisplanareasfollows:
1Changetheunequalspandouble-archtunnelsintotwosingleholestochangetheseparation-typemid-risewallfirstfromtheright-linesingle-linetunnelconstruction.2Double-archedtunnelswillnotbeusedformiddle-linerliningundersingle-lineconditions.3Theright-sidedlarge-sectiondouble-archtunnelpassesthroughthesidewalloftheCRDmethod.Forthe4foldbackline,theconstructionisperformedinthereverseorderoftherightline.Adoptingthisschemeisactuallyaconparisonbetweenthetwosingle-lineconstructionmethodsandthepreviousone.Thishasthefollowingadvantages:
1Reducethenumberofconstructionprocessesandspeed\jpthetransitionoftheprocess.2Reducedthedifficultyofconstructionandshortenedtheconstructionperiod.3Reducedconstructioncostsandincreasedeconomicefficiency.4Thechangetoasinglewallinthemiddleofthewallhascompletelysolvedthewaterproofingdefectsofthedouble-archtunnelstructure.5Theconstructionofthemiddletunnelofatiple-archtunnelisequivalenttoalarge-spantunnelwithreservedcorerock,whichisconducivetotheconstructionofsafetydouble-archtunnelsonbothsides.
3 ThreeArchesConstructionPlan
Fromtherightlinedirectlyintothetriple-archtunnel,itssupportingparametersarebasedontheoriginaldesign,andtheentireringisinstalled.Thewholeringissprayedonthedesignandtheanchorbaratthemiddlewallisreinforced.There-entrysideisthesameastheright-lineconstructionmethod.Itisnecessarytoremovealongitudinalreinforcementbeamatthejunctionofthetunnelgrille.Strictlycontrolthedistancebetweeneachstepoftheexcavationfootagegridis0.6m/棉.Themiddle-wallexcavationadoptsaweak-weak-weakeningblastingschemetoconditionallyusethestaticblastingschemetominimizethedisturbancetothemiddle-wallrockformationandtheliningtunneltoensureconstructionsafety.Thesecondaryliningisperformedimmediatelyafterthemiddlewallexcavationiscompleted.Afterthecorrpletionoftheconstructionofthemiddlewall,thegapsinthemiddlewallswillbebackfilledwithjacksupport.Onlyonesideoftheconstructioniscompletedbeforetheothersideofthewallconstruction.Afterthecompletionoftheconstructionofthemiddlewallsonbothsides,thesecondaryliningofthesingle-holetunnelsonbothsidesshallbepromptlyconducted,andthentheexcavationandliningofthemiddlerockmassofthetriple-archtunnelshallbecarriedout.Specialattentionshouldbepaidtothesettlementandconvergencedeformationofthetriple-archtunnelatthemiddleofconstruction.
4 Analysisofstructuralbehaviorduringconstruction
Changedthecancellationofmid-wallsthatdonotcrossdoublearchesintosq)aratedwalls.Thereisnosimilarengineeringdesignandconstructionexperienceindomesticurbansubwayprojects,andthereisnosimilartunnelstructuredesign.Therefore,whetherthestructureissafeandwhethertheconstructionprocessischangedduringtheconstructionprocess.Safetywillbethefocusofthisprogram.UsingANSYSfiniteelementgeneralprogramsoftwaretoperformnumericalsimulationsonunequalcross-archtunnels.Thestrata-structuremodelwasusedtoanalyzethestressanddeformationofthetunnelstructure(Fig.1?
Fig.2,Fig.3).Thehorizontaldirectionoftheforcetakenalongthedirectionofthetunnelislimitedto3timestheholespan.Theverticaldirectionistakenupwardstothesurface,andthebottomis3timestheholespan.ElementmodelElasto-plasticphysicaltunnelliningwithDPstratummaterialadoptselasticityThebeamelementsimulationbeamelementsandsolidelementsareconnectedusingacouplingequation.ItcanbeseenfromthedataanalysisinTable2thatthelargetunnelhasagreaterimpactonthesmalltunnelduringconstruction.Ifthenecessaryreinforcementmeasuresaretakenforthesmallsectiontunnelandthelongitudinaldemolitiondistanceofthetemporarysupportiscontrolled,thisschemeisbeneficialandfeasible.
