first,didnotcorrectlydealwiththelengthofconstructionperiodandthequalityoftheprojectandtherelationshipbetweensecurity.Mostofthetimetheconstructionunittocompletetheprojectwithinthestipulatedtime,ascomparedtothedurationoftheproject,butthequalityoftheprojectisnotveryseriously,evensometimetorushperiod,theconstructionunitsfortheconstructionpersonneltoworkovertime,ignorethesecuritypersonnelandadequaterest.Therelationshipbetweentherightpeoplecan'thandleprojectqualityandtheconstructiontechnologymanagementpersonnelandengineeringdepartments,donotestablishcredibilityforthetechnicalqualitymanagementpersonnel,oncetheengineeringqualityproblems,willalltheblameforthetechnicalqualitymanagementpersonnel,thetechnicalmanagementpersonnelappearnegativeemotions.Theindividualunitleadersalwayshavetheluckofqualityandsafetyproblems,andtheythinktherewillbenoqualityandsafetyproblems,butinfact,qualityandsafetyproblemsoftenoccur.Thereasonwhytherewillbesuchaproblem,becausetherelationshipbetweentheconstructionunitstotheconstructionperiod,qualityandsafetyarenotprocessed,simplypursuetheeconomicinterestsoftheenterprise,notaccordingtotheconstructionorganizationdesignrequirements,buttakeitasadecoration,tocopewiththejob.Infact,thethreeitselfiscloselyrelatedtoqualitymanagementeffortsmustbeontheprojectcost,butalsoincreasedthedifficultyofconstruction,thiswillinevitablyaffectthelengthofconstructionperiod.Therefore,manyunitsinordertoreduceconstructioncostsandshortentheconstructionperiod,wecanonlyreducethequalitymanagementrequirements.Forthelong-termdevelopmentoftheenterprise,theconstructionunitshouldcorrectlyhandletherelationshipbetweenthethree,soastoachieverelativelyperfectmanagementmeasures.2.2technicalstaffcapacityissuesWiththerapiddevelopmentofthenationaleconomy,thepetrochemicalindustrybegantodevelopgradually,whichbroughtmorefavorableconditionsforconstructionenterprises,andalsoexpandedthescaleofconstructionunits.Butinfact,thetechnicalmanagementlevelofconstructionunitshasnotkeptpacewiththedevelopmentofthetimes.Technicalstaffofprofessionalabilityhasanimportantinfluenceontheestablishmentandimplementationofconstructionorganizationdesign,manyenterprisesinordertomeettheconstructionneeds,givemanagersamultitasker,makingthemanagementofmentalandphysicalexhaustion,coupledwiththeconstructionofalargepartofthestaffdidnotundergoprofessionaltrainingtoparticipateintheconstructionofthebuildingintheproject,cannotguaranteethequality.Theconstructionoftheprojectinvolvesavarietyofconstructiontechniques,requiringthestaffinvolvedintheconstructiontohaveastrongProfessionalabilityandtechnicallevel,soastoprovidebetterqualityguaranteeforconstructioninconstruction.Butonthecurrentsituation,itisdifficulttocarryoutcapacitytrainingandqualityimprovementforengineersandtechniciansinashortperiodoftime.Itcannotbecompletedovernight.Therefore,enterprisesmuststepupprofessionaltrainingforengineersandensurethattheyhaveprofessionalqualificationsforconstruction.2.3problemsindocumentationTheconstructionorganizationdesigninthecurrentlackofpertinence,firstofall,duetothetechnicalpersonnelofthelackofprofessionalknowledgeandlackofexperience,resultinginthepreparationoftechnicalmeasuresindetail,whileothersneglected,usuallytakethemethodofcopy,notaccordingtotheactualsituationofengineeringtoprepare.Secondly,intheprocessofcompiling,thestaffdidnotmakeadetailedstudyofthesceneanddrawings,sothatthecontentofthepreparationwasnotpracticalandlackedpertinence.Inaddition,manyoftheconstructionorganizationdesignisdesignedtocopewiththeinspection.Becauseourconstructionlawexpresslyprovidesthattheconstructionunitsintheconstructionmustbepreparedtoguidetheconstructionoftheconstructionorganizationdesign.Itisbecauseofthispolicymakesmanyoftheunitsinordertorushperiod,assoonaspossibletomeettherequirementsofconstruction,paycloseattentiontoallthetimetheorganizationstaffing,butsometimesthetimeisurgent,thedesigndocumentisincomplete,whichmakestheconstructionorganizationbecomeadecoration.3.civilengineeringconstructionorganizationdesignmanagementproblemssolvingcountermeasuresIncivilengineering,theconstructionorganizationdesignmanagementcanrealizethecomprehensiveanalysisanddesignofcivilengineering,anditisalsoanimportantguidancedocumentinconstruction.Toimprovetheworkofconstructionorganizationdesigncannotonlygivefullplaytotheinternalpotential,butalsocancreatebetterfortheconstructionoftheeconomicandsocialbenefits,tohelpenterprisesgainafirmfootholdinthefiercecompetitioninthemarketenvironment.3.1correctlyhandletherelationshipbetweenduration,qualityandsafetyTherelationshipbetweentheprocessingtime,therighttoqualityandsafety,bothleadersandstaffshouldestablishaunifiedgoalandthought.Intheprocessofconstructionorganization,weshouldstrictlycomplywiththerequirementsoftheconstructionorganizationdesign,eachstepstrictlycomplywiththesystemrequirements.Atthesametime,underthepremiseofguaranteeingtheconstructionperiodoftheconstructionunit,thequalityisstrictlycontrolled,andsafetymanagementiscarriedout.Youcan'tjustwatchtheheavyindustryandignorethequalityofth
