彭州市通济镇红山村集中供水工程设计

中文摘要
摘要为解决彭州市丘陵区农村存在的饮水不安全问题,在通济镇红山村设计一处集中供水工程。
该工程设计规模为4000m3/d,设计解决23377人饮水问题。
整个工程包括三大部分:
取水工程、净水工程和输配水工程。
取水工程主要是完成取水点的选择、取水方式的确定和取水泵站的设计,工程采用渗渠取水。
输配水工程主要完成管网的定线和水力平差计算,保证各供水点水压满足要求。
由于净水厂位于整个工程区的高处,故充分利用地形高差进行重力供水。
净水工程的设计包括净水厂的位置选择、水处理工艺流程的确定、处理构筑物的设计计算以及水厂的平面和高程布置。
通过技术经济比较,确定净水厂的工艺流程为:
原水—→管道混合—→穿孔旋流絮凝池—→斜管沉淀池—→重力式无阀滤池—→clo2消毒—→清水池—→管网。

abstractinordertosolvetheproblemofunsafedrinkingwaterinruralareasofpengzhouhillyregion,acentralizedwatersupplyprojectwasdesignedintongjitownhongshanvillage.thisprojectwasdesignedtohelp23,377peopledrinkcleanwaterwiththetotalvolumeof4thousandcubicmeters.thewholeprojectconsistsofthreepartswhichiswaterdiversionproject,watertreatmentprojectandwaterdistributionproject.thewaterdiversionprojectconsistsoftheselectionofwatersourcelocation,theformofwaterdiversionandthedesignofpumpstation.andinfiltrationdrainagewasselectedtogetwaterinthisproject.thispaperalsodemonstratesthedetailprocessofdesignforeachconstructionorapparatusinthewatertreatmentplant.andthewaterpowerbalanceofgangofwellssystemwascompletelycaculatedwhichhelpmakethispapermoreaccurate.thewaterallocationandclarificationprojectsarethemajorpartsinthispaper.theformercontainsthearrangementofpipelines,thedeterminationofpipecaliberaswellaspumplifts.butinthisproject,thereisnoneedtousepumptoliftwaterbecausegravitywatersupplyisavailablewhichismoreeconomic.thelatteriswatertreatmentplantdesign.andaccordingtothesurveyaboutqualityofgroundrawwater,itcanbetransmittedtotheuseronlythroughsimpledisinfection(addchlorinedioxide).afterprogrammeswerecomparedbothtechnologicallyandeconomically,thisprocesswasselectedwhichisasfollows:
rawwater→pipe-shaped→perforationcycloneflocculationtank→inclinedtubeevaporator→gravityvalvelessfilter→disinfection(addchlorinedioxide)→municipalpipenetwork.
