1工作范围
1.0目的
本技术协议适用于项目不间断电源(UPS(以下简称UPS的采购。
1.1工作范围
注
UPS输入输出方式为三入三出方式。
2技术要求
2.0范围
本技术协议适用于石油化工装置工业过程控制系统用的不间断电源的采购,是对不间断电源(UPS设计、选材、制造、检查和试验的最基本要求。
2.1卖方的责任
2.1.1本技术要求与相关法规、标准、数据表、图纸、询价文件等之间的任何矛盾应由买方负责澄清。
2.1.2不允许用假设来掩盖数据的不足。
卖方有责任从买方或其它渠道获取可靠数据。
2.1.3为确保设备正确的安装、操作及维修,卖方应提供所有必须的或附加的设备、专用工具和备件的清单。
2.1.4在设备预期时间寿命内,卖方应能提供所有备品配件及维修技术支持服务。

以上所列标准并非全部标准,它仅指出了主要标准。
所列标准、规范如与卖方所执行的标准不一致时,应按较高标准要求执行,且卖方应充分描述本技术规定与相关标准的不同点。
2.3产品设计要求
2.3.1使用条件
UPS应能在下述规定的环境条件及数据表规定的条件下连续运行。
2.3.1.1UPS应安装在划为非爆炸危险环境的封闭的建筑物内,周围环境应能保证UPS的正常运行,正常的使用条件见IEC60146-1-1。
2.3.1.2电气使用条件
2.3.1.2.1正常工作条件下的线电压应为满足IEC60146-2,第3.1h条要求的正弦波。
2.3.1.2.2UPS的等级应根据IEC60146-4,第5.1条定义的电气使用条件来划分。
2.3.2防护等级
2.3.2.1可使用卖方的标准外壳,但其防护等级应符合IEC60529的要求。
