I.thecoreofwatereducationisharmonybetweenmanandwater
Thewatergeneratedbythewatercultureisanationalhistoricalandculturalheritage,reflectingtheculturalelementsofanationforthousandsofyearsandalotofconcentratedstaytogethermorningandnight,averyimportantculturalconnotation;waterisanaturalmaterialsymbolformofabstractconcepts,whichnotonlygavebirthtocivilization,andtogiveadeepculturalsimplicitytheintuitiveandcomprehensiveinterpretation.
UNESCOpointedout:
"thewaterhasrichculturalconnotationsandsocialsignificance,grasptherelationshipbetweencultureandnature,istounderstandthesocialandecologicalrestoration,creativityandadaptabilityoftheonlywaywhichmustbepassed."Tosolvetheincreasinglyseriousproblemsinourcountry,notonlytomakefulluseofmodernscienceandtechnology,butalsoneedwaterfromtheperspectiveofeducationtoexamineourthoughtsandideas,goalsandactions,policiesandstrategies,acorrectunderstandingofthefunctionsofwater,payattentiontowatereducation,givefullplaytotheroleofwatereducation.Inthefaceofthewaterprobleminourcountryismoreandmorecomplex,facingthepeople'sexpectationsforthedevelopmentofwaterconservancy,facingthecolorfulsocialandculturallife,topracticewaterasthecarrier,andactivelypromotetheeducationcharacteristicsofthewater,isplacedinanimportantandurgenttaskinfrontofus,isourhistoricalmissionendowedbyourgeneration.
Wateristhegeneraleducationofpeopleinthewateractivityinwaterasthesumofallkindsofeducationcarrier,waterisusedasthecoreofeducationcollectionofculturaleducation.Allthephysicalandbehavioraleventsthatmarktheimprintofhumanwaterrelatedactivitiesbelongtothecategoryofcharacteristicwatereducation.Theimportantconnotationofwatereducationisthephilosophyandvaluesofmanandnature.Theoriginalintentionoftheconceptofwatereducationistorealizethesustainablecoexistencebetweenmanandnature,andtheharmoniouscoexistencebetweenmanandwater.Therefore,harmonybetweenmanandwateristhecorevalueofwatereducation.Withtheprofoundunderstandingofwater,peoplewillbehydrophilic,lovewater,waterconservation,waterconservation,andpayattentiontocoordinatingtherelationshipbetweenwaterandsocialsustainabledevelopment.Inthecurrentdevelopment,protectionandutilizationofwaterresources,itisnecessarytostrengthentheconsciousnessofwatereducationinthewholesociety.Thisawarenessistheculturalbasisfortheprotectionofwaterresourcesandthesustainabledevelopmentofhumansociety.Onthefaceofit,theemergenceofwatercrisisistheresultofhumansociety'sexcessivedemandforwaterandnature.Fromadeeperanalysis,watercrisisisthelagandlackofwatereducationdevelopment,andwatereducationisthebasicworktosolvethewatercrisis.Throughtheextensive,deepandlastingdevelopmentofwatereducationwithinthenationalhighervocationalcolleges,thefollowingfunctionscanbeachieved:
First,throughwatereducation,enhancewaterlovingconsciousness;second,thecharacteristicsofwatereducation,establishingthemechanismofwaterconservation;third,thecharacteristicsofthewatercultureeducation,watertreatmentpipespersonnel;fourth,thecharacteristicsofwatereducation,deepeningtheconceptofharmonybetweenhumanandwater;fifth,thecharacteristicsofwatereducation,toenhancestudents'culturalliteracy.Watereducationpracticenotonlyhaseffectonimprovingcollegesanduniversities"knowwater,lovethewater,savingwater,protectingwater"consciousnessandbehavior,butalsothemanagementofwaterresources,fortheimplementationofeffectiveconstructionofwater-savingsocietyhasasignificantroleinpromoting.Throughwatereducation,cultivatepeople,shapepeople,enhancethespiritualrealmandoverallqualityofhumanbeings,improvetherelationshipbetweenmanandwater,andrealizeharmonybetweenmanandwater.
Two.CurrentstatusofWaterEducationResearch
Onthesurface,theemergenceofwatercrisisistheresultofhumansociety'sexcessivedemandforwaterandnature,andfromadeeperanalysis,thewatercrisisiscausedbythelagandlackofwatereducationdevelopment.Educationisthefoundationofwatertosolvethewatercrisis,thecurrentknowledgeaboutwatermixinmostenvironmentaleducation,energyandeducationbooks,fromthecharacteristicsofwaterresourcesinourcountryandtheactualsituationoftheorganizationtopreparewatereducationbooksthoughverylittle;waterresources,waterenvironmentsituationisgrim,butalsoveryconcernedaboutaccordingtothepublic,moreofthewateronthewaterenvironmentproblems,butthesystemofeducationalactivitiesisverylittlewater,especiallyforwatereducationinspecificteachingmaterials,trainingprograms,teachingcourses,lectures,laboratoryconstruction,practiceisnotperfect.
Insomewesterncountries,governmentandindustryattachesgreatimportancetotheeducationofthewater,watersystem,comparativeeducationhasbeenrelativelymature,itisthetaskandpracticeteachingiscomplete,andinpublicparticipationinwaterresourcesmanagement,supervisionandotheraspectsoftheimplementationofwatermanagementplaysanimportantrole.Comparedwiththewatereducationindevelopedcountries,watereducationinChinahasonlyjuststartedandisstillintheinitialstage.Itonlytakesintroduction,referenceandimitationasthemainmeans.Inaword,thelevelofwatereducationindevelopedcountriesisrelativelyhigh,whilethedevelopingcountriesarerelativelybackward.Atpresent,theresearchonWaterEducationinChinaisalmostablankspot.
Three,theproblemsfacedbycharacteristicwatereducation
Educationisnotonlyasimplewaterspreadknowledgeofwater,waterculture,watersavingmethod,moreistopractice,andcombinetheschooleducation,themainproblemscurrentlyfacingthecharacteristicsofthewatereducation:
oneisthecharacteristicsofthewatereducationsystemisnotperfect,butalsothelackofacompletewaterfeatureofeducationalmaterials;twoisthewayofteachingcharacteristicsofwatereducationortraditionalmultimediateaching;threeisthecharacteristicofwatereducationwidelyusedinschoolsandcolleges,enterprisesandinstitutions,buttoletthewatereducationknowledgeintoteachingmaterials,curriculum,intotheclassroomisconfinedtotheZhejiangWaterConservancyandHydropowerCollegeitselfdoesnotcausetheotherfouruniversitiesresonate;istheemotionalexperienceandsocialpracticecarrierthestudentsofeducationissimple,singlemeansofwater;fiveiswater-savingconsciousnessofthestudentsisveryweak,thephenomenonofwastewatereverywhere.
Accordingtostatistics,in2006,thepercapitawaterconsumptionofcollegestudentsinourcountrywasabout460liters/day,morethan248litersperdaycomparedwiththatofurbanresidents.Visible,becausethestudentsareweakwater-savingawareness,resultinginalargenumberofhabitsandhabitsofwastewaterresources.Therefore,improvingcollegestudents'awarenessofwatersavingandwateruseisthemostimportantprobleminwatersavingworkinuniversities.Itisalsoakeyfactorintheconstructionofwatersavingcampus.Inordertosolvetheproblemofthewasteofwaterresourcesnow,notonlytostrengthenthemanagementofwaterresourcesandwater-savingtechnology,butalsotoletthewatereducationintotheuniversitycampus,thewater,thecoreofeducationconcept,connotation,actionlearningandlifeintothestudents.
Four,theresearchcontentsofCharacteristicWaterEducation
1.,establishcharacteristicwatereducationknowledgesystem
Asoneofthecontentsofculturaleducation,watereducationalsohasthecharacteristicsandfunctionsofculturaleducation.Watereducationhasbeenendowedwitharicherandwiderrangeofcontentandimplications.AsystemofeducationinChinafromthecharacteristicsofwaterwaterhistory,waterculture,waterresources,waterwarning,waterregulations,watersavingknowledge,waterscienceandtechnology,socialpractice,andtoeducate,savehistory,influence,andcommunicationfunctionforinterpretationofthecharacteristicsofthewatereducation.(seeFigure1)

Thecharacteristicsofwatereducation,includingtherivervalleyandthewaterconservancyproject;rivers,lakes,wetlandsandothernaturalresources;flooddiversionprojects;waterconservancyandWaterConservancyScenicmoat,placesofhistoricinterestandscenicbeautysiteetc..ThiskindofwaterresourceswithQiZhi,cognition,education,aestheticdelightandideologicalandpoliticaleducationandpracticeeducationfunction.
Thecharacteristicsofthewaterpipeandwatereducation,includingthepastliterature,relevantpoliciesandregulations,humanactivitiesmanagementapproachsincethenewChinesewasestablished,andwaterrelatedxiangguiminyueetc..Thiskindofwatereducationresourceshastheeducationalfunctionofcultivatingdemocraticspirit,carryingoutlegaleducation,formingself-disciplineconsciousness,strengtheningbehaviorrestrictionandguidinginquirylearning.
