Abstract:
inthispaper,Ipersonallyencounteredandproposedagrassrootsperspective,managersmusthavethequality,dedication,haveafirmbeliefthatyoucansucceed;affinity,isthebaseofsuccess;virtuous,isinfectiousinvisible;eloquence,goodeloquencehavestrongappeal;persistencetostudy,cansolvetheproblemandimprovethemanagementprocess,toconstantlyimprovethemselves;dareresponsiblemanagementisresponsible,responsibleperson,lifeismeaningful;byexample,managementisthemostbasicquality;shouldhaveauthority,reflectedinthecommitmentandcredit;begoodatsummingup,summarizingprocessistheprocessofdiscussandcontinuousimprovement.
