中美两款外观酷似的炉子对比
1、美国的炉子炉门与进风口做成一体化,炉门带有调节进风量的档位;
2、炉边架能平放,上提,翻到炉顶平放,间隔较大,不能放置小器皿;
3、烟囱座设计在炉体面板的后方,直接将火焰拉出损耗热能较大,所以需要在烟囱设计有风门控制,也不便于收纳;
4、炉面开圆孔,与炉体材质相同的不锈钢,为了可以放置圆底锅,增强加热性能,但会将心爱的锅具烧黑,如果不打开直接烧,则热能传递较慢;
5、上炉盖与下炉体焊接结构,炉子温度最高的部分在顶部,焊接方式如不牢靠的情况下受热胀冷缩影响,容易脱焊裂开;
6、炉底板为方孔网状,进风过大,耗柴厉害;
7、燃烧后直接落灰到炉底,需要其他辅助工具炉灰扒将灰扒出,不便操作。

6、炉底板为三角形排列的圆孔网状,进风指向烟囱,有序进风,节能环保;
7、燃烧后直接落灰到抽屉式风门,无需要其他辅助工具,轻松将燃灰倒出,干净卫生。
美国中国
它主要有:
炉体、炉面铝传热板、落灰仓、抽屉式灰盒、炉边架、带视窗炉门、炉膛内三角形进风网、可折叠炉脚以及烟囱组成。
炉体倒扣和落灰仓铆钉铆合,防止炉体高温变形裂开,(同类型炉不是倒扣结构,也不是铆钉铆合,不美观,又不方便生产)这种倒扣结构配合炉边架、就可以紧密贴近炉边,更好的实现炉边架的三大功能(收纳时放下,使用时平放,冷、热炉移动时上提)。
炉体和炉面铝传热板(同类产品没有采用铝传热板)采用炉面拉伸下沉一个台阶托架,使铝传热板平稳放在告阶托架上,因铝的熔点温度稍微高于柴炉温度,所以当它加热铝板时它不变形,只会更好地贴合炉体下沉台阶托架,达到加温后不变形的目的,且传热速度高于铁和不锈钢30%以上,(此方法是经过上百次的试验,得出的经验,如果用铁板或者不锈钢板做炉面传热板很容易加温后变形导致二氧化碳中毒。
炉内三角形进风网,充分考虑空气自然拉风动力学,在炉门边上风网孔最多,到炉中部风网孔减少,炉后部烟囱孔边没有风网孔,使它尽可能在炉门边拉风助烧,再通过烟囱拉风把火苗从炉门往烟囱方向拉动,使之达到炉面铝传热板的前后温度均衡,提高效率,起到节能的目的,(同类产品没有这个功能)且三角形进风网炉门边设计有方便取出的凸位,在帐篷内使用完后非常方便清扫,和取出来放在抽屉式灰盒内收纳,腾出炉膛空间方便收纳烟囱管和烟囱座。
后挂快插烟囱座,是快插在炉体后方侧面的烟囱座孔上,(同类产品烟囱直插在炉面上,它的缺点是占用了炉面的有效使用面积,直接从炉腔内上排风导致热量过大排放不节能)它的优点是,增大了炉面使用面积,阻挡了火苗直排,达到了高效节能的目的,且烟囱座可以收纳到炉膛内。
抽屉式灰盒在帐篷内使用时,清灰非常安全、卫生、方便以及任意控制进风量,达到控制火力的目的。
一种户外多用途帐篷取暖柴火炉,它由炉体和落灰仓铆钉铆合,落灰仓上设计有边架,三角形进风网通过炉门推放在落灰盒的边架上,烟囱座快插钩在炉体后侧烟囱孔上,炉面铝加热板放置在炉体炉面的凹槽内,烟囱套接在烟囱座上方,带视窗炉门和炉体正前方炉口位铰接,炉门锁扣通过锁轴内扣锁在炉门内边侧,炉边架平提内插到平放固定扣时和边架固定螺丝形成杠杆原理翅平边架使用,当拉出左右边架上提通过边架4个固定螺丝提起整个炉子,当拉出左右边架放下时,可以紧密贴近炉侧方便收纳,抽屉式灰盒套在落灰仓内可以手推前后滑动和拿出,方便调整进风量以及清倒炉灰,收纳时可把三角型进风网从炉膛内拿出放在抽屉式灰盒中收纳,也可以把炉面铝传热板一起放在抽屉式灰盒中收纳,可折叠炉脚支架焊接或者铆钉铆合在落灰仓前后四个角上,炉脚和炉脚支架铰接,炉脚收纳可以对向折叠。
