JB-QB/LN1010FireAlarmControlUnitisakindofdual-wirebussmallintelligentautomaticfirealarmdevice,designedformedium,smallfirecontrolprojects.Itcanbeusedtogetherwithdetectors,manualcallpoints,hydrantbuttons,inputmodulesandoutputmodulestoformautomaticfirealarmsystem.

LN1010systemadoptssoftaddressencodingtechnology.Communicationsbetweendetectorsandfirealarmcontrolunitsarethroughnonpolarity2-wirebus,thussimplifieswiringlayout,freelayoutpathandmethod,withoutprecedenceorder.Easytodesignandconstruct.Alsoreducesthewirelength,increasesreliabilityofwiringlayoutandlowerprojectcost.
LN1010systemconnectstointelligentdetectorsbyusingwavefilteringandvariablethresholdtechnologytoanalyzefeedbacksignalsfromdetectors,thusreducingfalsealarmratecausedbytransientinterference,increasingfirealarmreliability.
LN1010seriescontrolunitswithbuilt-inblackboxfunction,havefirealarminformationautomaticstorefunction,includingalarmtype,alarmtimeandlocaldeviceaddress.Userscouldlookupfirealarmhistoryeasily.
LN1010systemhaslargeLCDscreenwithEnglishorChinesemenu,foreasyoperation.

JBF-152F/CGasExtinguishingModule:
Necessaryequipmenttocontrolgasrelease.Gasreleasewarningindicator,sounderbeacon,andtankopeningtoreleasegascanonlybecontrolledbyJBF-152F/C.EachmoduleneedsixwirestoconnectwithLN1010controlunit,whichareactivate,stop,actionfeedback,devicefeedback,24VDCpowersupplyandGND;

4.1ControlUnitInOperation

Controlunitautomaticallyinspectspartalarm,faultinspection,autocontrolon/off,busdevicecheckandpowersupplyoperationstatuscheckcontinuouslytoensuresystemrunningnormally.Controlunithas3alarmsounds:
firealarmsoundduringfirealarmandautomaticcontroloutput(firetrucksound),faultsoundwhenreportingfault(ambulancesound)andautomaticcontrolfeedbacksound(shortandrapidsound).

IfthereexitsshortcircuitbetweenL1andL2,controlunitreportloopfault,asinFigure4-4.

Tobussystem,anypartofshortcircuitwillbereportedasloopfault;ifbuswithisolator,controlunitwillnotreportloopfault,butreportfaultonalllocalcomponentaddressesbehindbusisolator.Aftercircuitisrecovered,isolatorisresetautomatically,thewholesystemreturnstonormal.
BusShortCircuitFaultmaybecausedbyfollowingconditions:
ØInnormalcondition,controlunitrunningwithfullloads,resistancebetweentwobuslinesshouldbearound7kΩ;
ØBusshortcircuitcausedbyinstallation;
ØDetectorbroken,likewaterwentintodetectors;
ØControlunitfault.Todistinguishiffaultiscausedbyloop,localcomponentsorcontrolunititself,itisonlyneedtodisconnectbusfromcontrolunit.Iffaultstillexists,itiscontrolunitfault;
