Abstract
SpokenEnglishTeachingcanhelptoimprovestudents’abilitytocommunicate,thereforeitshouldbeplacedinamorecentralroleintheEnglishlanguageteaching.Accordingtotheproblems,today’sstudentsfacewiththeirspokenEnglishlearningandmethodscommonlyusedinspokenEnglishteachinginseniorhighschools.ThesuggestionsispossibleenhancespokenEnglishlanguagelearninginseniorhighschoolbymakingmoreeffectiveuseoftheteachingmaterials;creatingamoreappropriatelearningenvironment;optimizingtheapproachtakenindesigninglessons;andconsideringthetypesofmethodsusedforspokenEnglishteachinginforeigncountries.Therearesomeeffectivelearningstrategiesthatcanhelptoimprovethestudents’abilitytocommunicateandfurtherimprovetheformationanddevelopmentofthestudents’abilitytothinkanddiscriminate.

摘要
英语口语教学能够帮助提高学生的交际能力,因此,在英语教学中,它占有非常重要的地位。
现在,在中学学校的英语教学中,学生的口语学习存在着很多问题,口语教学的方法同样也欠佳。
针对这样一些情况,可以通过更加有效地利用教学材料来改进学生的口语学习,创造更好的学习环境,在设计课堂中的教学任务和开展活动时,要采取适当的方法,并且可以思考外国的一些国家学习英语可能会用到的好的方法。
这样不断提高学生的口语学习能力,培养他们良好的学习方法,从而最终提高他们的交际能力,以及思考和辨别能力的形成和发展。

Allalong,mostofthestudentslearnEnglishjustforexamination,andinordertocopewithavarietyofwrittenEnglishexams,inthecourseofmanyyearsofEnglishlearning,theteacherteachesstudentsvocabularyandgrammaticalknowledge,touseEnglishtocommunicatesmoothly."Dumb"EnglishhasincreasinglybecomethebiggestobstacleinlearningEnglish.Asmodernpeople,wehavenoreasontoavoidorrefusetolearnEnglishspeaking,butshouldlearnandmastermorethanoneskillassoonaspossiblethatenhancetheircompetitiveability.
1.1LiteratureReview
Sofar,foreignteachinginourcountryisstillthetraditionalteachingpattern.Inthispattern,althoughknowledgerelatedtothetextbookscanbereappearedskilled,studentscanbecontrolledeffectivelytocarryoutkindsofteachingactivities,thereisalackofnecessaryoralteachingstrategyandmethod,sooralEnglishteachingisquietlyweak.Inmostlessons,weusuallyneglectstrengtheningtheabilitytocommunicateintheteachinglanguagesothattheresultisthat,aftermanyyears’study,studentsarefamiliarwithEnglishvocabularyandgrammar,butinreality,itisverydifficultforthemtoexpresstheirthoughtinoralEnglish.ModernEnglishteachingrequiresteacherstoteachEnglishinEnglish,toorganizetheclassteachinginEnglish,todealwiththecontentoftextbooksinEnglish,andrequiresstudentstotakepartinthelessonpracticalactivitiesinEnglish,toaskandanswerquestionsinEnglish,toraiselisteningandspeakingabilitybyspeaking.ThisisthebasicdirectiontoimprovetheEnglishteachingqualityinourcountry.
Withtheconstantdevelopmentofoursociety,therearemoreandmoreexchangingandcooperationamongcountriesandtheopportunitiestocommunicatewithforeignersbecomemoreandmore.EspeciallyafterChinajoinedtheWTO,peoplebecomemoreandmoreinterestedinlearningEnglish.Thatistosay,asacommunicatingtool,Englishhasbecomemoreandmoreconcernedbypeople,andyetoralEnglishisjustthefocuspeopleconcern,sooralEnglishteachingalsobecomesveryimportant.EnglishCourseStandardhasdefinitelypointedthattheabilityofseniorhighstudentsinlistening,speaking,readingandwritingmustreachcertainrequirement,inwhichtherearefollowingonestooralEnglish:
touseintonationandrhythmproperly;todiscussandformulateplansaccordingtolearningtasks;toreporttheprocessandresultsofexperimentsandinvestigations;tomakeathree-minutespeechonordinarytopicsafterpreparation;tousethelanguageeffectivelytomakeavoiceindailylife,suchassuggesting,judging,blaming,requestingandsoon;todosomeeasytranslationinlife,suchasleadingforeigntravelerstogoshopping,gotravelingandsoon.However,thisrequirementisquitehardtoachieve.Asisknowntousall,oralteachingisthemostdifficultpartinthewholeentireEnglishteaching.
1.2TheSignificanceoftheResearch
Atthisstage,primaryandsecondaryclassroomteachingusuallyoccurforEnglishteachersall-Englishclassroomteaching,moststudentsdonotunderstandordonotcompletelyunderstandthephenomenonofteacherinstruction,butdonotknowhowtolearnandexchange,alackofclassroomteachingeffectiveness.Whyisitso?
ThereasonisthatthecurrentstageofChina'smiddleclassdonotofferspecificspoken,theusualclassroomteachingofEnglishgrammarandlanguageemphasisontheteachingofknowledgepoints.AlthoughaccordingtotheNationalExaminationCenterofMinistryofEducation,therequirementsoftheprovincesofthehighschoolentranceexaminationwillbegraduallyintroducedoralEnglishtest,butsofar,inmostpartsofourcountryandmostschoolsintheEnglishtestinwrittenformisstillmainlylisteningtestsaregraduallyintroduced,whilethespeakingabilityofstudentstestedisbasicallyinablankstate.Basedonthissituation,thevastmajorityofEnglishteachersinprimaryandsecondaryschoolEnglishteachingintheclassroomdonotattachimportancetothelaunchingofspoken.IntheabsenceoforalteststoplayitsguidancetoschoolsontheguidingroleofEnglishteaching,studentlearninginpracticeisnotalotofopportunitiesforlanguagepractice,significantlyinhibitedthepotentialofstudentslearningEnglish,butalsoledthemintodifficulttoadapttopost-secondaryTeacherEnglishclassroomteaching,leadingtoreductionintheeffectivenessofclassroomteaching.
Englishstudyingemphasizestolistento,says,reads,writestosatisfyaspectdeveloping,inteaching,ourproblemthatcanoftencomeacrosssomestudentschoolassignment,haveanexamachievementgood,butgivelessonsnottomakeaspeechactively;Achievementisalsotrytooftengoodtosomestudentwrittenexamination,spokenlanguagebutverydecayedphenomenon;Insocialintercourseactivity,somestudentshavethoughtgoodintheheart,expressabugassoonasexpressingtimetospokenlanguagebut,;Languageisfluenttimethefreestudentdialoguetherearestill,thoughtisagile,mayfalteroutafewwordsassoonastomakingaspeechformally,jabbering.Studentspokenlanguagepopulationqualityremainstobeimproved.Besides,whetherhaveatestinoralexaminationbecauseofthemid-termexamorheightornot,theteacherwalkshardonhaveanexamguidingheels,ignorespokenlanguageteachingintheprocessofteaching,thinkthatthestudentstudiesregardsgrammar,thereadingabilitystrengthens,finishwritingcomposition,strikehighmarks,rightawaywithfortunesmiling.WiththefactthatnewmiddleschoolEnglishteachingmaterialextensionisputintouse,deepchangehappenedinEnglishteaching,spokenEnglishthecultureexpressinganabilityalsogrowsinimportance

Thispaperconsistsoffivechapters.Chapteroneisintroduction.Inthispart,literatureaboutoralEnglishissimplytalkedaboutandalsothesignificanceofthisresearch.Inchaptertwo,I’llexplainwhatisoralteachingindetailandinmiddleschoolinChina,whatthecurrentsituationsoforalEnglisharelike,whichincludesproblemsandshortcomingsinoralteachingandtest.Inaddition,IthinkoralEnglishteachingisveryimportant,bothforqualityeducationandpersonaldevelopment,sothispartwillbestatedinchapterthree.Andthen,thenextchapteristhemostimportantpartofthispaper---Howtoimprovemiddleschoolstudents’oralEnglish.Iwillproceedwiththefollowingthreeaspects:
