1Briefintroduction:
1.1Thishydraulicsystemisthespecial-purposehydraulictransmissiondesignedandmanufacturedforpressescoalmachine,thissystemhaschosenhigh-qualityhydrauliccomponentandcomplementingonehomeandtown.Thehydraulicsystemhasadoptedanintegratedoilpassagelumptypestructure.Theensemblearchitectureisadvanced,rational,structurecompactness,operatingreliable,easymaintenance.Accordwitheverytechnicalrequirementin"commontechnologicaltermsofhydraulicsystem"ofGB3766-87.
1.2Becausethishydraulicsystemadoptsthestructureoftheclosedfueltank,allowtoworkundertheabominableenvironmentofbigdust,butshouldpayattentiontocleaningthedustonthehydraulicequipmentfrequently,soastoensurethatthehydraulicsystemhashotgoodbreakingup.

ThishydraulicsystemIntegratethehydraulicpumpstationpowerpart,regulatepresspart,controlvalveblock,circulationcoolerpartandelectricswitchboardasanorganicwhole.Theelectricoperationmodecanbedividedintotwokinds---theautomaticallycontrolledcaseandhandlethreadbox.
2.2Hydraulicsystemhasthefollowingcharacteristicsonthestructure:

4Thehydraulicsystemexplanationinstalled:
4.1Shouldopenthepackingboxcarefullyafterthishydraulicpressuresystemistransportedtotheconstructionsite,andcheckcarefullyaccordingtothepackinglist.
Whethereverypartofthehydraulicpressuresystemsatisfiesthecontractandsuppliestherange,accordwiththedesigndrawingrequest,whetherdamagethephenomenon,otherwiseshouldcontactmanufacturerintime.
4.2Theexposureoilmouththatshouldguaranteeeverypartafterthishydraulicpressuresystemdevansisstoppedupandcoveredorwrappedup,can'tcomeoffbeforetheequipmentisinstalled,worthyofbeinginchargeof,incasethatcausepollutiontothehydraulicpressuresystem.

5,theinstallationandwashingofthepipelinesystem:

Checkallpumpenteroilmouthvalve,gobackoilpipelineallvalve,holdcandeviceentergroup,valveofoilandvalveofmotorenteroilvalve(piecesof24.1,24.2)allopen.Holdcandeviceansweroilvalveshutoff.
Fastenandmoveandoverflowandflowhandleandhandwheelofordervalve(oneis40)ofvalve(oneis35)directlyloose,
6.2.1Debuggingofthepressureoftheelectricbigpumpofaircrewofbladepumpofpair:
