3.1.2工程概况及规模
3.1.2.1工程名称
神华黄骅港电厂供水工程
3.1.2.2建设地点
该工程位于河北省沧州市区以东约100km的黄骅港生产区,南边界在电厂北围墙,北边至二期堆场前方区,西边至生产区生产供水贮水池
3.1.2.3厂区自然条件
(一)地质条件
(1)该场地原为海域,经人工吹填形成陆地,吹填厚度约6米,场地15.5米深范围内地层主要为冲填土沉积形成的粉土、粉质粘土、淤泥质粘土层,真空预压形成陆地后建为厂区。
(2)场地地下水位埋深1.5—2.0m,地下水位的升降主要受大气降水及周围地表水体的影响。
根据场区勘测资料,地下水对混凝土有弱腐蚀性;对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具有弱腐蚀性。
(3)未经建设地段,根据相关资料综合确定该场区场地土类型为软弱场地土,已经硬化场地和道路地段为坚硬土。

1350m的供水管道,主要工程量为:
(1) 原有地面面层连锁块拆除约1418m2
(2) 人工拆除地面碎石灰土层200m3
(3)人工拆除地面石灰土垫层370m3
(4)人工、机械挖沟槽土方2400m3
(5)铺设中粗砂垫层260m2
(6)钢管顶进直径600mm的30.5m
(7)钢管顶进直径400mm的11m
(8)预埋管直径600mm的35m、直径550mm的80m
(9)铺设DN400钢骨架增强塑料符合管100m
(10) 铺设DN350钢骨架增强塑料符合管1100m
(11)铺设DN200钢骨架增强塑料符合管130m
