1.Procedurespecification(linedrawing)

2.Mountedhanging:
2.1preparationsbeforemountedhanging.
2.1.1Checktheconductivepartslikeconductivebeamsandbars.Theyshouldberegularlypolished,cleanedorrepaired.
2.1.2Getreadyconductivityofaluminumandaluminumwire.
2.1.3Checkthepneumatictoolsandrelatedequipment.
2.1.4Checkwhetherornotrequirementslikelength,count,color,thicknessontheflowpaperorproductiontasklistareconsistentwiththeorderdrawingandactualmaterials.
2.1.5Dependingonthespecifications(sizeofcircumscribedcircle,externalsurfacearea,etc.)todeterminethecountandspace.Tocontrolthepigmentspacingabout1.2timesthanthehorizontalwidthofthematerialshaped,andthewhitematerialspacingabout1timethanthewidth.
2.1.6Choosetheappropriaterack,andensurethathooknumberofnegativeandpositivehangersisthesamewiththecountofmaterialsshaped.
2.2Mountedhanging:

2.2.5Whenhanging,consideringthefacingofthedecorativesurfaceandgroovetopreventthecolorshading,bubbles,pittingappearinginthedecorativesurface.
2.2.6Likesomeflexibleandeasilydeformedmaterials,putonemorerackoraluminumwireinthemiddletopreventfrictionbetweenthematerialsortouchingtankplate,andthatmayabradeorburnthesurface.
2.2.7Whenselectingvice-barrack,theplugrodispreferred.Whenusingaluminumbanding,theymustbeevenlyspaced,andtheoutcropsshouldbelessthan25mm.

3.Preparationbeforeoxidizedproductionunits:
3.1Checkingtheleveloftheliquidintheprocesstank.Accordingtotestreportcard,toadjusttheconcentrationofthebathsolutionandensurethatbathsolutionisalwaysinlinewithtechnicalrequirements.Workersshouldfrequentlysweepthedirtfromthebathsolution.
3.2Checkingthevehicle,freezer,rectifiers,circulatingacidpump,waterpump,transfercars,furnaceandotherequipment,anyexceptionshouldbeimmediatelysolved.
3.3CheckPH(orconductivity)andcleanlinessinthepurewaterwashingtankandrunningwaterwashingtank.Ifitdoesnotmeetthetechnicalrequirements,workersshouldchangeitandhydratingoverflow.
3.4Openthealkalineetching,hotpurewatertank,sealingthesteamorcoolingwatertank;opentheoxidationtank,coloringtankandcoolingsystemofelectrophoresistanktoensuretheuniformityofbathsolutionandtemperaturecomplyingwithrequirements.
3.5ChecktheRootsblowers,exhaustblowersandexhaustfans.Beforetheproduction,theyshouldbeopened.
3.6Carefullychecktheoxidationprocesscard,specificallyconfirmtheproductionrequirements,andpreparethecolorpalette.
4.Generalrequirementsforoxidationsetsoperation:
4.1Itisnotallowedtohangtmorethantwohangingseverytime.Andkeepingacertaindistancebetweenthetwohangingstopreventcollisionbetweenthematerials.
4.2Whenmaterialshungintoandhungoutofthebathsolution,theymustbeinclinedto30°.
4.3Materialsfallingintothetankmustberemovedpromptlyandhungupinrafts,thedamageonesmustbepromptlynotifiedtogroup-to-orderequipmenttomakethemup.
4.4Inadditiontoalkalineetchingandcoloring,thesectionsshouldbehungoutafterthebathsolutiondrainedawaytoreducetheflowofwasteandpollution.
4.5Whenthehangingmaterialsmustcrossothersections,thetransferringonesmustmaintainthelevelofthedegreetoreducetheflowofliquidandpollutematerialsandconductivebeam.
4.6Eachprocessshouldbepromptlyfillintheoxidationprocesscards,andsignthem.
5.Degreasing:
5.1ProcessParameters

5.2Operatingrequirements:
5.2.1Checkprocesscard,makeproductionrequirementsclear.Materialswiththesamecolor,samemodelandsameorderorsimilarspecificationshouldbesuspendedintothedegreasingtanksimultaneouslyorpreferentially,sothatitcanfacilitatetheoperationthepost-procedure.
5.2.2Whenthedegreasingisfinished,thematerialsshouldbehungoutofthetank,preventingthesandfromthesurface.
5.2.3Afterdegreasing,thesurfaceshouldbewell-distributedandwet,andthematerialsshouldbewashedbyLevel2waterthenturnedintothealkalineetchingprocess.
6.Alkalineetching:

6.2Operatingrequirements:
6.2.1Whenalkalineetching,theforceddraughtblowersandexhaustfansshouldbeopened.
6.2.2Whenalkalineetchingisfinished,materialsshouldbehungoutassoonaspossible,finishingsheddingimmediatelyandtransferringtothetankwashing,sothatitcanpreventstrayingmarkingfromthesurface.
6.2.3Strictlycontrolalkalineetchingprocessparameters,toensureuniformqualityofthesurfaceafteralkalineetching.
6.2.4Post-alkaline-etchingmaterialsmustbewashedbyLevel2overflow.Theremainingalkalineliquidshouldbefullyclearedaway,sothattheraffinatecan’tpolluteothertanks.
7.Neutralization:

7.2Operatingrequirements:
7.2.1.Whenneutralizing,thematerialsshouldbemovedupanddownandanti-tilt,fullyneutralizingexhaustliquorintheholeandremoveappearingdust.
7.2.2Post-neutralizingmaterialsmustbewashedbyLevel2overflow,andturntotheanodizingtank.
7.2.3Thesurfacequalityinspectionshouldbestrengthenedtocheckthesurfaceofthesandsurfaceconditions,mottling,burrs,weldinglinesandothersurfacedefects,fortimelyprocessing,reworking.
7.2.4Regularlycheckscrewsarelooseornot,toensuregoodelectricalconductivity.

8.2Operatingrequirements:
8.2.1Anodicoxidationmustbeopenbefore:
(a)Rectifiercoolingwater.
(b)Bathcirculationcoolingsystem(coolingunit).
(c)Sendtheexhaustfan.
8.2.2Anodicoxidationmustbecheckedinadvance:
conductivecopperconductingcopperaluminumpiece,hangingfixtureandconductivebeamincontact,andthesituationoftheconductive,shouldbeoftenburnished.
8.2.3Anodicoxidationmustbeopenedbeforeaconductivecoppercoolingwater,checkandconductivebeambending,whethertheconductivebendingbeammustbereplaced,incaseofburnouttheconductiveandimpactsanodicoxidation.
8.2.4Beforeelectricityoxidation,profilemustbeplacedinmiddleofoxidationtank,ensurethatwithbothsidedistancesarethesame.
8.2.5Beforeelectricityoxidationlinkup,drivinghookmustbetakenoffconductivebeamhook,whenthepowerandoxidationend,drivinghookcanhangconductivebeamhook,inordertoavoidshortcircuit,damagetheequipment.
8.2.6Anodicoxidationsetthecurrentdensity,oxidationmethodshouldaccordtotheoxidationareaofprofilesmultipliedwiththecurrentdensity.Shadingmaterialsforthecurrentdensityofoxidationmustbecontrolledin130A/㎡.
8.2.7WhenAnodicoxidation,shouldoftenvisitedthevoltage,current,temperature,etc.Variouskindsofinstrument,anyabnormalshouldbepromptlyeliminated.
