India is a

In the North the main diet is wheat based and in the South it is rice based. In most cases, food is a marker of social and religious identity. Some embraced vegetarianism

Preparation of Eastern food is also more time consuming as the masala which is a combination of spices is made by grinding them together and making a mixed powder. In the rural areas where peo
