The boiler adopt once-through -type with sub-critical pressure, Tangentially Fired, balanced draft, dry slag, steel structure, complete hanging construction. The boiler equi

    16、料Harbin Boiler Factory Co., Ltd. technical reference material and boiler related equipment manufacturers information3 调试目的及范围3. the purpose and scope of commissioning锅炉蒸汽管路吹洗的目的在于利用蒸汽产生的动能,清除在制造、运输、保管、安装过程中清理不善残留在锅炉过热器、再热器系统及蒸汽管道中的各种杂物(沙粒、石块、铁屑、焊渣、氧化铁皮及其它杂物等),防止机组运行中过再热器爆管和汽机通流部分损伤,改善机组启动后汽水品质,提高机组的

    17、安全性和经济性。The purpose of boiler steam blowing is to clean the sand, stone, iron, welding slag and other solid particles inner the pipe of superheater and reheater that produced during manufacturing, transportation, storage and installation and to improve the steam quality which can eliminate the turbi

    18、ne blade damage caused by poor steam quality and improve the unit safety and economic.3.1 蒸汽吹管包括如下系统:过热器及主蒸汽管道;再热器及再热器冷段和热段管道。The range includes following systems: superheater, main steam pipes, reheater, cold section and hot section pipes of reheater. 3.2 以下部位管道不进行吹管,由安装公司采用机械方法进行清理:自动主汽门后调速汽门前的导管;

    19、高排逆止门前的高缸排汽管道;高压旁路管道;低压旁路管道。Pipe blowing is not carried out for pipes at following parts and these pipes are cleaned by adopting mechanical methods: Steam connecting pipes after high and middle pressure of main steam stop valve and reheater stopvalve; High cylinder steam discharge pipes at front of

    20、high pressure discharge check valve; Inlet and outlet pipes of low pressure bypass; Inlet and outlet pipes of high pressure bypass; 4 调试程序与工艺4 Commissioning procedures and processes4.1 吹管的方式4.1 The blowing way采用降压吹管方式进行吹管。The pipe blowing is carried out by adopting the mode of pressure-reducing blow

    21、ing. 4.2 吹管参数选择Control and selection of pipe blowing parameters吹管系数计算公式如下:The blowing coefficient is calculated as following 或 式中冲管时该区段的压降,MPathe pressure drop of blowing area during steam blowing,MPa额定工况时该区段压降,MPathe pressure drop of blowing area at rated condition,MPa冲管参数对应流量,kg/sthe corresponding

    28、ing into operation4.4.1.2 上煤系统具备供煤条件;The coal transportation system can supply the coal into bunker and coal feeder and coal mill can be putting into operation normally4.4.1.3 除尘、捞渣机及除灰、除渣系统具备投入条件;Bag filter, Slag and ash, bottom ash removing system can be putting into operation4.4.1.4 锅炉化学清洗工作结束,临时

    29、系统恢复完毕;The boiler chemical cleaning is finished. And temporary blowing systems are recovered4.4.1.5 烟温探针、汽包水位、炉膛火焰电视调试完毕,可以投入;Flue gas temperature detector、drum level、Furnace Flame TV commissioning is finished4.4.1.6 PCV阀操作试验完毕;PCV commissioning is finished4.4.1.7 锅炉冷态通风试验完毕;Boiler cold state ventil

    30、ation test is finished4.4.1.8 汽水阀门、烟风挡板检查确认完毕,开关灵活;The confirmation of valves and damper of boiler side are finished4.4.1.9 空预器吹灰系统具备以辅汽方式吹扫投用的条件,转子监视系统好用,消防、冲洗水系统具备投入条件;Soot blowing system of air preheater can be putting into operation using the auxiliary steam. Turbine supervision system, deluge system and water flushing system can be putting into operation.4.4.1.10 燃烧器摆动试验、油枪及点火枪操作试验合格;Burn
