Abstract
Non-Englishmajorpostgraduatestudentsintheschoolaresurveiedinwhatwerequirewiththehelpofquestionnairesurvey,sothatwehavethereferencethatweareabletomakedetermentfortherelevantteachingmethodsofenglishteachersandnon-englishpostgraduatesenglishcurriculum.

1.Introduction
Englishlearningofnon-englishmajorpostgraduatesdemandanalysisisthatweimprovethenon-englishmajorpostgraduateEnglishcurriculumandteachingplans.NeedsAnalysisisthatdesign-carriergoonunderstandingthelearnerstothesubjectiveandobjectivedemandsbyinvestigatingandanalyzingandthandesignlearners’needsandarrangetheprogressoflearningneedsaccordingtothesurveyresultintheimplementationofcurriculumandteachingplan.Richards,PlattandWeberconsiderthatNeedsAnalysisistheinformationthatwecouldclearthereasonoflearninglanguage,needsoflearningwhatkindoflanguageandextentofmasteringandsoon.WecouldknowtherequestoflearningenglishandanalysistheweakpointoflearningenglishfurtheranddeterminetheproblemofteachingprocessbyNeedsAnalysis,sothatwecanmakeattentionforlearningenglish.

Thisstudyaimstounderstandthecollegenon-englishmajorpostgraduatesEnglishlearninginterest,learningobjective,learningmotivation,learningstrategies,englishskilllevelsandcurriculumrelatedaspects,andthanprovideempiricalfoundationforthecurriculumreformthatnon-englishmajorgraduatedstudentneedschangesforEnglishteaching.Sothatweinvestigatenon-englishmajorpostgraduatesinourschoolreading.Weasksomestudentstoanswerquestionswiththeformofquestionnaireandgiveoutatotalof326questionnaires.Intheendwerecover326partsofthequestionnairesandthanwefindonly319validquestionnaires,137boysand182girls.
2.2Analysisofsurveyresults
2.2.1Thepurpose,motivationandinterestoflearningEnglishfornon-Englishmajorgraduatestudents.(Table1)
(1)cessityofpublicEnglishcourseforgraduatestudents.Asisshowninthesurveystatistics,9.4percentofstudentsholdthatitisunnecessarytorunanEnglishcourse,while72.1percentofstudentsholdtheoppositeopinions,and18.5percentofstudentsthinkitisnotverynecessarytorunanEnglishcourse.Inotherwords,moststudentsbelievethatitisnecessarytorunanEnglishcourseinthegraduateperiod,andtheyhavefullyawardedtheimportanceofEnglish.However,therearestillasmallnumberofstudentsignoringthesignificanceofEnglish.
(2)ThepurposeoflearningEnglish.Itisamultiple-choicequestion.Asisshowninthesurveystatistics,27percentofstudentschoose“compulsorycourse”.51.1percentofstudentschoose“Englishdegreetext”.29.2percentofstudentschoose“toapplyforajob”.34.8percentofstudentschoose“readingEnglishessays”.4.8percentofstudentschoose“studyabroad”.8.5percentofstudentschoose“being
interestedinthehistoryofEnglish-spokencountries”.Morethan50percentofstudentslearnEnglishinordertopassEnglishdegreetextorapplyforajobinsteadofimprovingEnglishcomprehensiveabilities,whichisunreasonable.

(4)Englishinterestinvestigation.Interestisthebestteacher.Thesurgeofinterestinlearningornotdirectlyaffectthelearningresults.Theresultsshowthat,moreinterestedandParticularlyinterestedinlearningEnglishaccountingfor53%,29%ofgeneralinterest,19.6%arenotinterestedin.MoststudentsinterestedinlearningEnglish.OnlyasmallnumberofstudentshasnointerestinlearningEnglish

Wearefromthefollowingseveralaspectstoinvestigatethenon-englishmajorpostgraduatesEnglishlearningstrategies,asfollows:
(1)ThemainwayofthestudentstolearnEnglish.Surveyresultsshow,themostcommonlyusedwayistoself-study,self-studywayforstudentstochooseismorethanhalf,65%.Secondchoiceof"
Classroomlistening"
accountedfor41%,fewstudentscanbepreparedforclassandafter-schoolreview,Choosethiskindoflearningstyleofstudents8%and12%respectively.ThisshowsthatthestudentisnotenoughattentiontoEnglishlearning.
(2)Whoistheleadingroleoftheclassroom.Theresultsofthesurveyis"
