I plan on pursuing a MBA to give me an even more extensive knowledge of business and financial analysis. How did you handle a challenge? * During a difficul

    7、t financial period, I was able to satisfactorily negotiate repayment schedules with multiple vendors. * When the software development of our new product stalled, I coordinated the team which managed to get the schedule back on track. We were able to suessfully troubleshoot the issues and solve the p

    8、roblems, within a very short period of time. * A long-term client was about to take their business to a petitor. I met with the customer and was able to change how we handled the aount on a day-to-day basis, in order to keep the business When youre asked what your greatest weakness is, try to turn a

    23、f instead of money and now has six vacation weeks a year. Then, ask your supervisor for a meeting to discuss salary. Present your request, supported by documentation, calmly and rationally. Dont ask for an immediate answer. Your boss is mostly likely going to have to discuss it with Human Resources

    24、and/or other pany managers. Despite your best efforts, there may simply not be enough money in the budget to increase your salary or pensation package offer. The pany may also not want to create inequities by paying one person more than others in a similar position. In that case, you can at least kn

    25、ow you tried. Plus, if this is a job you really think that youre going to love, consider whether the pany culture, the benefits, and the job itself are worth it - regardless of the salary.
