    1、程序1. Comply with relevant state laws and regulations as well as the various rules and regulations of the hotel.遵守国家相关的法律法规以及酒店的各项规章制度。2. All construction workers must hold their own ID card or temporary residence permit and tuis agreement to LP Department to get Temporary Entry Permit.所有施工(搭建)人员必须持本

    2、人身份证或暂住证和本协议,到防损部办理”临时出入证”。3. The staff entrance is the only way to go in and out of the hotel. Entry permitshould be worn all the time within the hotel and you should accept examination from the hotel security guard at any time.进出酒店必须走员工出入口,在酒店范围内必须佩戴“临时出入证”并随时接受酒店防损员的检查。4. Any construction workers

    3、 must register at the Lp Department when entering the hotel. Flammable or dangerous goods cannot be carried into hotel unless under the approval of LPM , and should be put in the designated place and keep by designated person. After construction is completed, construction workers should carry leavin

    4、g permit sent by relevant department and give equipment or materials to LP associate to check before leaving the hotel.任何施工人员进入酒店必须到防损部登记。如携带易燃或危险品必须经防损部经理同意才可进入酒店,并应按指定地点存放,指定专人保管。施工结束后,施工人员携带设备或材料离开酒店需持有相关部门发出的出门证并交给防损员审查。5. No smoking within the hotel and construction workers are not allowed to e

    5、nter the non-construction area.酒店范围内严禁吸烟,施工人员禁止进入非施工区域。6. Using guest toilet is strictly prohibited.施工人员严禁使用客人洗手间。7. No person can reside, sleep, cook or entertain in the construction site and it is forbidden to use or eat all types of scrapped items from the hotel ; If under special circumstances ,

    6、someone needs a reasonable place to rest ,They must contact the Banquet Service in advance.施工现场不得住人、睡觉、烧饭、娱乐。不得拿吃酒店的各类废弃用品;如遇特殊情况需要合理的休息场所,必须事先与宴会厅服务部联系。8. During construction,temporary use of electricity should be applied by Engineering Department and be operated by a qualified electrician complyin

    7、g with electrical specifications under the guidance of hotel Engineering Department. Wire/cable are not free to be placed on the carpet and should be put into slot/spool or under black adhesive tape . Bundles of wire must use fire board.施工临时用电需事先向酒店工程部提出申请,在酒店工程部的指导下由持证电工进行作业,并符合用电规范。电线/电缆不得随意放置在地毯上

    8、,必须置于线槽/线管内或黑色胶带下,大捆电线必须使用防火板。9. Construction tools should be intact . It is forbidden to use damaged or faulty electrical tools and wiring board.施工工具须完好无损,严禁使用破坏或有故障的电工工具和接线板。10. Temporary power cable must not obstruct exits or use overload to maintain three-phase power balance.临时用电电缆不得阻碍安全出口,不得超负载

    9、使用,保持三相用电平衡。11. Stage lighting structures shall not affect the evacuation routes , evacuation signs and shall not block the smoke detector and water sprinkler . It should be kept 0.5mdistance.舞台灯的搭建,不得影响疏散通道,不得遮挡疏散标志及烟感探测器,它与水喷淋头应保持0.5米距离。12. Construction of stage lighting should comply with specifi

    10、cations . Metal lantern supportshould have good ground connection . Spotlight should be installed with explosion-proof wire mesh and anti-falling steel wire , and with the fuel to keep a safe distance of more than 50 cm.舞台灯光施工须符合规范,金属灯架要由良好接地,聚光灯须安装防爆网和防坠钢丝,并与可燃物保持50厘米以上的安全距离。13. Dont use fire witho

    11、ut authorization .You must apply for it from Engineering Department first, and get the approval from LPM finally operated by professionals complying with safety regulations . When do the fire operation . Should set some fire extinguisher around the fire area.严禁擅自动用明火,需先向工程部申请,经防损部经理批准后才能由专业人员进行作业并遵守

    12、安全规范。动火过程中需在动火点附近安放相应数量的灭火器。14. Fireworks, firecrackers and cold light fireworks are prohibited in any area within the hotel.严禁在酒店范围内的任何区域燃放烟花,爆竹以及冷烟花灯。.15. Various kinds of paint are not allowed to work with the fire at the same time and must have good ventilation各类油漆作业时,要有良好的通风,不准与明火同时作业。16. The c

    13、onstruction platform should be used be when workers are working 3m high abovethe ground . Make sure seat belt is properly used .在3米以上高空作业时,须使用施工平台,并正确使用保险带。17. Suspenders must not exceed the maximum load capacity of hangers .All the hard suspenders should be equipped with anti-fall devices.吊饰物品不准超过吊

    14、架的最大负重能力,所有硬性悬挂物应设防坠装置。18. All construction and building materials should be non-combustible or inflaming-retarding .Combustible materials have to carryon processing to preventing fire.所有施工和搭建的材料应采用不燃或阻燃材料。可燃材料要经过防火处理。19. Stage/Background board cannot obstruct or blockExits.2-meter wide aisle should

    15、 be retained around the stage and open with a direct exit channel.舞台/背景板不可阻碍逃生通道或在实现上遮挡着出口,在舞台周围需保留一条宽两米通畅无阻直达逃生出口的通道。20. The materials used and garbage are prohibited to occupy the space of fire control facilities and affect the smooth flow of evacuation routes. Construction workers cannot damage o

    16、r use fire control facilities without authorization .Before entering the hotel workers should confirm with the hotel about placing back-up equipment and materials.所用的材料和垃圾严禁圈占消防设施和影响疏散通道的畅通,施工人员不得损坏和擅自挪用消防设备;进场前必须由酒店方确认备用搭建设备材料的摆放地点。21. Activities including construction need smoke should notice the

    17、Hotel Engineering Department and LP Department first and can be operated after get the approval.活动中【包括搭建】如需施放烟雾,须事先通知酒店工程部及防损部并得到批准,经同意后方可进行。22. Construction workers should be familiar with the fire safety facilities around the construction site .Under the emergency staff can correctly use the equip

    18、ment under the guidance of hotel associates.施工人员应熟悉施工现场周围的消防设备,在紧急情况下可在酒店工作人员的指导下正确使用。23. After construction workers discovered the fire they should put it out in time and contact the hotel staff to organize evacuation.施工人员发现火灾后应及时扑救以及与酒店工作人员联系,并由责任组织他人疏散。24. When construction workers hear the emerg

    19、ency radio for emergency evacuation, they should take the stairs, and the elevator is strictly prohibited.施工人员当听到应急广播紧急疏散时,应走消防楼梯,严禁乘坐电梯。25. When exhibit companies or AV audio-visual equipment staffs are in the process of operation,they should avoid damaging hotel items wooden doors ,marble columns

    20、,a banquet hall ceiling ,fabric walls, wall painting ,flooring ,carpets, lamps equipment ,etc. Damaged hotel items should be compensated according to the original price.布展公司或AV音像设备人员在搬运,搭建,拆卸物品过程中应注意周围情况,小心不要将酒店物品损坏【木质门、大理石石柱、宴会厅的天花板、布墙、墙画、地板、地毯、灯具设备等】,如有酒店物品损坏,将照价赔偿。26. When exhibit company exhibit

    21、,they should get the advance work done outside the hotel. Before assembling,,the mat should be placed under the exhibit board to prevent damage of carpets and marble floors. After the work,they should clean up the environment.布展公司布展时,应将锯、砸、裁等先期工作在酒店外完成,拼装前应在展板下方先铺垫子,防止损坏地毯,工作完毕后应立即负责清理干净。27. Exhibit

    22、 companies are responsible for reminding their staff to take care of company and personal financial affairs.布展单位应负责提醒各自人员看管好公司及个人财务,自行承担保管责任。28. Construction units should designate a person to take the responsibility of construction safety during the construction. All the staff in the construction u

    23、ntil shall fully comply with the hotel regulations mentioned above,accept the inspection and supervision from the LP Department and the Engineering Department, and meanwhile take the responsibility for any illegal result. The hotel has the right to punish offenders for serious fire hazard from the c

    24、onstruction site. If the fire hazard is very serious, the construction site can be ordered to stop construction; the construction unit should answer for the consequences of this.施工(活动举办)单位指定一名现场安全负责人负责施工(活动)期间的各项安全工作,施工单位所有人员应当完全遵守酒店的以上规定,接受防损部和工程部的检查和监督,同时对违章所产生的一切后果负法律责任:酒店方面有权对违章者进行处罚,对有严重消防隐患的可责令施工方停止施工和停办活动,施工方应当为此承担后果。29. Agreement is in quadruplicate for construction units,hotel LP Department, engineering department and banquet service department . Agreement is in effect after signing up.协议一式四份,施工(举办)单位,酒店防损部,工程部及宴会服务部各持一份。协议自签字起生效。
