2、te: August 03, 20151.总则General1.1本技术规范书适用于Pakistan SCIL 35MWe Coal-Fired Power Plant Project化学实验室仪器仪表设备，并对动力车间化学实验室仪器仪表设备的功能、结构、性能、安装和试验等方面提出了基本技术要求。 This technical specification is applicable to Pakistan SCIL 35MWe Coal-Fired Power Plant Project chemical lab instrument, and lays basic requirement o
3、n the function, structure, performance, installation and test of the equipment in the power house. 1.2 本技术规范书提出的是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术细节作出规定，也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文，卖方保证提供符合本技术规范书和工业标准的化学仪器仪表的优质设备及其相应服务。凡本技术规范书未涉及到的而又确需要卖方提供的任何产品或系统，均属于卖方供货范围。The technical specifications is minimum technical requirement and no

20、trument is realized by special equipment, note the type and price of this equipment in the bid documents. 2.3 主要设备性能要求Performance Requirement on the main equipment 2.3.1在设计原理、制造工艺及整体性能上均应是先进的、安全的、可靠的、高质量的定型产品。招标方不接受过时、落后的产品，招标方有权选择投标文件中某项产品开发的最高端产品，且有权要求卖方更改不满足本技术条件书的投标设备产品。On the design principle,

The owner has the right to select the top class product of the products listed in the bidding documents, and is entitled to requ
22、ire the seller to modify the equipment that does not conform to this technical specification. 2.3.2实验室分析仪表测量元件与介质接触部分应采用耐腐蚀材料，卖方在投标书中应详细说明测量元件材质。The interface between the lab analysis meter measuring element and the media shall use anti-corrosion material; in the bid documents, the seller shall clar
23、ify the measurement element material. 2.3.3实验室分析仪表应不受电源电压波动影响，适应性强，长期稳定性好。The lab analysis instruments shall not be affected by the voltage fluctuation, with endurance and reliability. 2.3.4实验室分析仪表应测量精度高、灵敏度高、重复性好、衰减小、漂移小。The lab analysis meter shall have high accuracy, sensibility, repeatability, a
24、nd small reduction and displacement. 2.3.5分体式仪表应提供整套连接所需部件及详细说明书。For the separate instruments, the connection parts and detailed manual shall be provided.2.3.6卖方应提供调试、培训时所必须的药品、器具、标准液及电极等易耗品,所供专用药剂应便于购买或配制（卖方提供配置方法），电极及备品备件卖方应协助购买。The seller shall provide consumables like commissioning and training

The special chemicals shall be easy to buy or fabricated (the seller provides the fabrication method); the seller shall cooperate the buyer to purchase the electrode and spares. 2.3.7实验室分析仪表测量范围及其他要求详见订货清单。The lab instrument measurement range
26、and other requirement shall be listed in the order. 2.3.8卖方应在投标书中以专门章节描述所投标产品满足上述技术要求所采用的技术方案。In the bid document, the seller shall use a separate chapter to state the technical scheme that can demonstrate the conformity to the technical requirement. 2.3.9卖方在投标文件中应提供所供设备详细选型样本和智能操作说明。In the bid docu
27、ments, the seller shall provide equipment type-selection and smart operation explanation. 2.3.10卖方提供的设备性能测试必须符合或高于招标方执行使用的国际、国标、电力、环保、化工等标准及规范要求。The equipment performance test shall meet the national, international, electric power, environment friendly, and chemical standards required by the owner.
