SCOPEThis specification outlines the technical requirements for a Packaged Analyzer System to be installed in the 30 0,000 T/Y PP Unit at DAQING, PRC.The Packaged Analyzer System shall consist of 3 Gas Chromatograph Analyzers, 11 sample probes, 8 pressure reducing stations, 3 FLS (FA
6、ST LOOP STATION), 1 Analyzer House Tag. CS001, redundant serial interface cards for DCS communication, remote workstation complete of printer to be installed in cabinet, in the RACK ROOM (PLANT CONTROL ROOM), software package.For detail informations about the gas chromatographs and accessories refer
7、 to Individual Datasheet.The Gas Chromatograph Analyzers, sample Systems, Analyzer House and related equipment shall be mounted and interconnected with utilities and accessories as required for continuous and unattended operation. The Analyzer System shall include features and facilities to afford c
8、onvenient operation and maintenance.2. RESPONSIBILITYThe Analyzer System Vendor shall be responsible for all the activity related to the design and manufacture of the Analyzer System.Analyzer System Vendor shall provide engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and testing services as
9、 required to complete the Analyzer System.The extent of work shall include, but not to be limited to, the following functions:- Engineering and detailed design for complete fabrication of the Analyzer System- Preparation of design drawings for all aspects of the Analyzer System.- Procurement of all
10、required Analyzer System components, equipment and materials- Fabrication and assembly of all Analyzer System components and the Analyzer House according to design and specifications.- Quality control of all manufacturing work.- Communication protocol implementation for DCS/ communication- Testing a
11、nd Owner inspection of the Analyzer System.- Preparation and submittal of the Analyzer System documentation.- Preparation and shipment of the Analyzer System to the jobsite.- Assistance during DCS/ FAT for communication testing- Assistance for starting and commissioning activities.Analyzer System Ve
12、ndor shall be responsible for the correct and proper operation of the Analyzer System according to specifications.The scope of design responsibility for Analyzer System Vendor shall be from the process sample tap, including the sample probe, to the output signal wiring and include all ancillary aspe
